I played the trial last night with my bro. It was a lot of fun, especially considering how little you get access to in the trial. I imagine the full game is even crazier.

Kinda wish it came out a few months earlier. Now that it's releasing in the midst of BF3, U3, Skyrim, and War in the North I dunno if I'll end up getting it any time soon .

So i've finally finished uncharted 1 after a break of 1' years ^^, I just think that is not a good thing starting the 3rd without finishing the 1rst.

And my verdict is :

The second part of the game is a lot more interesting than the first i played it in one time. The sanctuary with all the level crossovers, the chapter when you have to follow numbers and the bunker are fabulous levels ibntead of the firt part of the game i really found boooring.

Spent the last night playing Mortal Kombat Kollection with Thurnip. Best fighting game ever.

finished arkham city ! the controls are not tigth/responsive and intuitive enough but everything else in this game kicks ass !

I know that Uncharted 2 is an amazing game, probably the best on the PS3 so far, but I don't get why some people shit on Uncharted 1 so much, in terms of pace I even enjoyed Uncharted 1 more than the second. It's a classic in it's own right and one of the best games in my collection, so to those that played Uncharted 2 and wont play Uncharted 1 cos they say it's probably shit. Fuck you, you're wrong, and you're missing out!

Replaying the first two In preparation for U3!

I never said it was shit, I just said (a lot of time I know) a lot of stuff on it bored me, there is no stealth kill and too many waves of bad guy in the same place.

Like the first scene on the boat, it's ridiculous, long, boring and difficult over that when you just start the game. And the river with all those barrel (what the fuck are they doing here )

But I repeat, the second part after the river reconciled me with the game

3Dnj I know you didn't say that, I'm just saying some people do shit on it, and I never understood why. The barrel thing is indeed weird, but it's naughty dog, if it's fun it gets in the game, realistic or not. And tbh, that's how it should be, it's a video-game after all.

ahahah d3, I'm playing NOLF myself as well! I have an old copy of it in here, and decited to give it another go. My god, it's amazing how well it still holds up, the amount of gadgets is ludicrous,even after 10 hours in the game is still giving you the gadgets for you to have fun with.

NOLF2 is also pretty good, but NOLF1 is one of the best PC games I played. What happened to monolith after FEAR1 dude?

I have to agree... the first part has it's moments like exploring the ruins with Sully, the dance with death over the rocked waterfall where you shoot the jeep to help you cross a large gap... but once you get to the fortress it gets really boring because nothing much happens and you don't know what's going on. I stopped playing there for a few months and went back to it and I found once I'd gotten out of there it improved a lot.

That's easy! You just take it slowly, blow all the barrels up first then go steadily into any new area (use the cover of the lower building on the left) and note where enemy positions are, hit circle to go backwards and then advance through taking out the enemies quickly.. if you get damaged too much, retreat back to cover wait for the colour again and then onwards!

...and the barrels actually being in the water... yeah but then why are there explosive barrels situated next to enemies in about 85% of games? (hello F.E.A.R., HL2, Max Payne, Soldier Of Fortune etc...) Lazy game design
