Latest episode was awesome!
The Walking Dead

Actually, it was pretty good. I get so annoyed by some of the semi-forced drama,
Quotelike why the fuck was it so important that the tied up walker was kept "alive"? Even tho he tried to bite someone's face off etc.
Oh and now that they've arrived in Washington... the show is starting to catch up with the comics!

Yeah the dude trying to keep the zombie alive was a massive douche. But I guess the show needs someone for the viewers to hate. The town seems pretty cool though, pretty similar to how it was in the comics so looking forward to what will happen in the future.
I wonder if they're going to do any runs into Washington? They did some in the comics right? (Been a while since I read them)

We'll see. I'm impatient to see if Rick will lost his arm and if Carl will be shoot like it happens in the comics. These events are important and I would see the evolution of the characters in Alexandria with Rick as a leader before the Negan's story.
And yes, this last episode was good...this season is a good one imo. -

QuoteBeck: I remember seeing Capitol Hill/National mall in the comics, don't remember when tho. Cool imagery anyway.
I don't think rick will ever lose his arm. Too much constant logistics involved in all of his scenes. Even with Hershel's leg you could sense that they didn't wanna show it too often (and he's dead now).

I don't mind comic spoilers but someone please answer me this:
QuoteAre the towns people bad? I don't trust them. My daddy always taught me if something looks like it's too good to be true, it probably is. I would take over and eliminate them before they could become a threat. What happens in the comics?

After that beginning of the second half of S5, I have literally been put off watching this at all, should I get back into it or what?
-
The last 2 episodes have been pretty exciting. Some epic shit is bound to happen soon

-
I am too scared to open that fuck off great wall of spoilers... I haven't watched anything since mid season finale!
QuoteThe internets talk about rick losing his beard though?

Damn, last episode was as violent as 'Day of the Dead'.
-
Pretty exciting last few episodes indeed. Though I always find a lot of the episode twists to be incredibly laughable sometimes and there's a lot of truth to the often-joked structure of "nothing happens... then someone does something stupid".
QuoteThat conveniently exploding army zombie, that random shot that hits that excavator piston which OF COURSE someone is on top of, that revolving door scene which they clearly and stupidly enter...

I agree with the overall "nothing happens... then someone does something stupid".
However about the last few episodes:
QuoteI think the director and writers are trying to over emphasize how the people of Alexandria are mentally very badly equipped to deal with the zombies. Thus the general panic and stupid decision making every time they encounter zombies. Rick's group has become so badass compared to them that it's almost silly.

man last nights episode fucked me up, the last 10 minutes were really good.
-
Yah it was a good ep!
-
Ok, I want the last one now !!
QuoteBut I'm curious about the "w". We had a begining of an answer here and now I want to know more...perhaps we'll see who are behind these signs in the last episode like an introduction for the next season !?
Also, when will we see an official come back of Morgan ??

QuoteI am speculating that the W-thing is a re-hash from the comic. Stop reading here if you don't want spoilers about the prison/woodbury era from the comic. So, in the comic when they were staying in the prison one of the inmates was actually a psycho and it was major thing and who was it yadayada. Anyway, I'm thinking they liked the idea of it and decided to shake up this place with that storyline instead. Or who knows.

they've already teased the W, Moroes. Show Spoiler [sp] When Noah gets to his parents camp, written on walls were things such as "wolf pack" "wolves were here" etc. The W is some group of dudes who fuck shit up I imagine. [/sp]
