The thing I really like in those game is when I spend more than 5 minutes in a simple room just looking at all the assets it contains. Wonderfull game.

Nehrim: Edge of Fate is on hold until my new card is installed, so I went back to Torchlight and installed a bunch of mods, mostly convenience stuff like a spell dealer, respect potions in the general store, etc. I got steam achievements for it

Anyone play Hydrophobia on XBLA? I played the demo but found the pacing / "story" integration wrecked it...at least wrecked the demo. I must be wrong because I've heard a lot of people really like it.

Otherwise...I also recently played through Angry Birds on iPhone...for $.99 it's crack for your finger.

I'm thinking Borderlands GotY might how I spend my holiday time once I get sick of checking out Cataclysm after a week.

It got absolutely slated in Edge (most respectable and tuned-in gaming mag IMO) so it's officially dropped off my anticipation list.

Edge and Eurogamer are the two places I would go.

Kotaku often word articles and headings wrong on purpose. And they post stuff by Tim Rogers. Good for gossip, though.

Kotaku sucks but I can't help it but visit it at least once a day... :/

So, what websites you guys often visit as well? Kotaku and RPS are pretty much the only ones I visit.

Mapcore, a gaming forum, Gears of War User Maps forum, Facebook, and Kotaku. Feel like an intervention is needed some days.

similar to this, except that i don't visit kotaku ever (unless someone links something) and i don't have an interest in gears of war maps. i sometimes visit the escapist for the zero punctuation, but in general i think the site is sub par. i was once thinking of just having a rss feed set up, but then i realized i didn't care enough about most gaming news. mapcore seems to be up to date for the most part, and that's pretty much enough for me.
