i told you before, but that village scene is amazing. portfolio is nice and easy to navigate. the only thing i would do extra is to screenshots pop up in a new window rather than using the existing. i know all too often i close windows with screenshots in pure reflex.

I love that scene, it's really well done. Except the car on the left that could use a little extra work on the edges

    Nice portfolio, very straightforward.

    Simple and effective.

Only minors is that it's too wide for me (1200x800), not sure what people use these days, but maybe something to consider?

ps. add the rapist part, adds a little more personality.

For what it's worth, I have looked at the site a few times and didn't even notice you have a level design or resume section. My browsing monitor is set up vertically with a width of 1024, and your third column ends right on the edge of the page. This looks like a natural end, and it was easy for me to not even notice the scroll bar, in turn missing a major portion of your site. Consider changing it from 4x3 to a 3x4 layout.

or you dont use a standard fixed layout and let the images lay out themselves according to the users monitor.

I thought it did adjust itself automatically :X

I will have to look into that. Out of interest, what resolution are you running at, 1024 wide seems incredibly small?

At work the monitor I have my browser on is maybe a 19" screen with a max res of 1280x1024 (not up to snuff). At home my monitor is 21" with a res 1680x1050, still not very wide. Both monitors are turned 90 degrees so they read more like a page, that's why the width is 1024-1050. I see most sites though at roughly this width and it's fine.

1024x768 still holds the majorty of the internet users market, so most sites get designed in that, or they use CSS or whatever to adjust for width. (Like forums)

Although it is designed purely with employers in mind; the lead artists and art directors who will be running a 22 or 24 inch by default

When I viewed it at 1440*900 on my 19" it cut off the right hand panels but that was only due to me having my bookmarks tab open on left side.

When closed it just fitted. It's a good portfolio but imo...needs more. I know less is the new more but when I opened it I expected loads of stuff to look at not just 1 pic per catagory.
