Just had a game on Arica Harbour as Russians with my two mates in our own squad defending the first point, which we held completely without losing 1 objective. The part that fucked me off was no one in the whole 16 man team was assault to resupply ammo. So in the end when I had no ammo left I had to take an enemies assault kit and resupply myself. None of us could go assault as we never died and were in a good position so didn't suicide.

Yeah. Good job human team.

The real sad part that comes with this is you can only invite 4 friends to your squad therefore, you cannot have large party games. Its my only real grudge agaisnt the game right now.

Something I noticed: I experimented with using the DPI switcher on my mouse and not long afterwards I got a 'HACKS DETECTED, PLEASE TURN OFF THE GAME' message flashing in the middle of my screen.

Anyone else encountered this? I will admit I use it so my tank turret turns a bit faster, but I play with a really low sensitivity so I kind of need to or I'm utterly neutered in a tank.

I think you are meant to be that as a tank, which is why the "speed boost" in dpi is a hack

Haha no I understand the principle, but when I say I bump the DPI up in reality I'm only pushing it up to the kind of sensitivity most people use. I use an extraordinarily low sensitivity for FPS games (people always comment on it) so the tank is insanely slow for me.

The tank has a hard cap on the speed it can turn anyway even if you do bump the DPI up, but it seems below that point it moves at a fraction of your regular sensitivity. The anti-hacking stuff should account for this really and take actual sensitivities into account.

It's not the greatest, is it? The number of kicks I got from PB in BF2 were ridiculous, and I got kicked a lot in the BC2 beta, too.

Waiting for an enemy engineer to leave his tank to repair it then stealing it = Hilarity.

Haha, yes. My team mates didn't see the funny side of it when I did it to our engineers, though.

Haha yeah, a Battlefield classic. That's why I'm always teaming up with somebody so that they'll be gunner and look out while I patch it up.

3 burst m16a2 is very naice. I've been knifing people a lot lately to no effect. Sound plays, animation plays, blood appears, knife goes in them, they don't die, turn around and shoot me. Nice.

I have no connection in my new flat yet so when I start playing again everyone's going to be going around in the equivalent of T-1000 gear.

It annoys me so much the medic starts without any medic gear.

Trying to level up to get shock paddles whilst using crappy gear against people 20 ranks higher than me is frustrating.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting fucked out of rank points. According to DICE, I have unlocked the Red Dot for Assault Kits which costs 13,900 Assault Points, yet I'm only a level 4 where level 5 requires 3,700 Global Points. Global Points: overall cumulative score, adding your combat and award scores. Combat Score: cumulative score, adding all kit and vehicle scores...

Unless I'm reading this wrong, I should be at least a level 9 by now, unless kit unlocks happen in game and rank increase is only calculated at the end of every round, since my game likes to crash to desktop before every other round is completed.

Is there some way to view other player's ping? On the scoreboard there's a column title completely obscured by the K/D ratio string ("MP_KILLS_AND_DEATHS"). What the hell is it? I ask because the bullet registry is fucking awful now compared to how it was a few days ago. It's as bad as it was in the beta before they patched it.

I couldn't get it working in the beta. My server browser displayed "-" for the pings and I had no ping on the scoreboard ingame, so it was impossible to tell whether the reg was crap or whether I was just on a bad server.

Game is totally not fun when one side is all clan people level 20 and they have about 8 people more on the attacking side.

Needs autobalance stat.

At least I've finally got the defib pads so can actually start being a medic.
