Hehe, Joey strikes again... looks good buddy

Only crits would be add some trim to the edge of the bridge under-arches, add some plant life under the bridge (anything from cat and nine tails to trees, etc), adding some posters to the walls supporting the bridge...

    just details ;p <3

Great stuff, Erratic. Solid geometry with kick-ass texturing and a really cool lighting tone. Interested to see where you take this.

Wow Erratic, looks great! Totally love the feel of the lighting, very unique, especially for a DOD:S map I think. Looks fun too

    overall it looks cool, BUT

    1. can you post screenshots that arent photoshoped/color balanced

    2. your buildings look pretty much the same all the time. maybe some more variation (in the textures and heights of the buildings) would be cool.

    and now go on

Yes - I'm not saying that I don't like them

I only don't like a bit limited style (map themes - allways destroyed cities or something like that) but it's price to pay by making maps for WWII games/mods

Great stuff there Erratic. Looking forward to this. DOD:S is probably my favourite game at the moment, partly due to the high quality customs, that people love to play. More DOD maps are most welcome Is it layout complete? Any chance of an overview?

I'd say that the road needs a blend on it, since the texture repetition is quite noticeable. Also, some of the buildings look a bit samey in height and shape (like Hessi said). While I don't have a problem with clean maps, in fact I quite like them, fire, smoke, and a bit of damage is what most people like to see in DOD.

No photoshop except for some image resizing , also no color correction going on in the shots. Though I did modify the skybox to fit my light environment more closely...

I basically only have the primary bridge area and some interiors brushed out so far. The road is repetitive, I'll get more dirt/decals going around. As for the buildings, I was generally keeping things simple because I was a little worried about performance, but for the more closed off areas that arn't in the shots I'll be getting more creative than just a square base /triangle roof
