nice work, hate the flash-like popup for viewing images. just let me click a link and open up a page of images, right now each image loads slowly as fuck because of the viewer and i am limited to looking at one thing at a time instead of opening things in a new tab.i'm sure it'll get you a job wherever you apply but fucks sake it's annoying to navigate.

It's not flash but I agree, it's tad slow. Need to tweak it.

    And thanks

    edit: it's much faster now

    Nice portfolio !

I guess you use lightbox ? Personaly I prefer shadowbox because with lightbox you can't do "right click > show the image".

Great folio. Quality work coming out the ass. Only thing I'd complain about like a bitch is that it's chock a block with TF2 maps. I'm bored of TF2!

I used FancyBox for mine, which I'm really pleased with. It's got right click support, mousewheel scrolling, and totally customizable everything. I've got images, embedded HD youtube videos, and embedded text files all tied through the same interface. I recommend it

    Great portfolio, too!

And thanks for the tip too, I need to check these out. I think I'm still using some ancient version of Lightbox

Love your work man. Fastlane is one of my favorite TF2 maps.

I kinda prefer your old portfolio though. It looked more stylish.

I think your portfolio would look more stylish if you dropped the rounded corners everywhere and made it exactly like your resume btw, it looks fantastic!!

a picture is worth a thousand words

No but seriously, it makes people put a face to the name and remember you better.

Skjalg, remember that certain countries have laws to prevent preferential hiring (the US and Canada mainly). Actually having your pic in those countries is a deterrent, as people are required not to hire based on racial profiling. It's therefore expected NOT to have your pic on your CV.

Not a fan of pics inside CV/Resume so that won't happen

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I'm going to make some changes later based on your suggestions.
