Because I'm such a Splinter Cell fanboy, I shat bricks over the new direction that Conviction took, unleashing the bad ass in Sam Fisher that's been dormant for five games. I'm hella excited for it.

Not sure what to think of Natal. How can you do proper mocap with one camera? Did you see how much the 360 avatar freaked out whenever he made the slightest movement? His arm must have dislocated in about 30 different places.

I'm not inclined to believe anything Peter Molenux says. He has a nice habit of being unable to put his money where his mouth is. I'm not excited for anything he has to say because until I actually sit down and play it, he's full of shit.

L4D2? Yeah, cool, I guess. I would have been fine with some additional campaigns for the first one, you know the TF2 treatment. Actually, on reflection, I'd be much happier if I saw some EP3 stuff, but then again E3 hasn't even started

EDIT: I gotta agree with Mazy below. Alan Wake looks great, but they really just need to release it and work on something else. Also, the Halo stuff... I literally lol'ed. Does not look entertaining at all. Looks like bungie is just taking the piss. The whole video felt like a sunday school picnic where somebody accidentally knocks over the punch and makes everybody sad because there's no more punch and they have to switch to bottled water and then somebody sparks a fight about how useless bottled water is and then they argue the pros and cons of bottled water, but it ends after somebody realizes that Oprah is on and they all go home.

Its strange, they showed a lot of really cool stuff, but somehow none of it really made it a homerun for me. The Natal stuff was really cool, its for the Wii crowd and not for me, but cool enough. I LOVED the bit where he was showing off the Avatar with Natal, and wanted too show the underside of his shoes, and the Avatar just spasm'ed all over the place, comedy gold!

The Kojima bit was kinda unexpected, although it would've been so much more impactful had it been last E3 . I bet the Raiden game is for the 360, and the PS3 will get a new Big Boss MGS (They gotta stay friendly with their sugar daddy Sony ). Even though he was finally kinda cool in MGS4, then I doubt having a full on game about him will bear fruit :G

The beginning and end of the MW2 presentation were fucking epic! The middle, incredibly meh. And speaking of Epic, that entire presentation of their XBLA just had epic FAIL written all over it. I feel for them though, having both your microphone be fucked up AND have the collision betray you like that? Dayyymnee son!

Forza 3 is probably gonna be ace. Couldn't tell that it was much better looking from the stream quality, but if its got better physics and more cars then its good. Played Forza 2 more than what was healthy for me

Apart from that, Crackdown 2? Cool. Alan Wake? Meh. I'll play it, but seriously that game just needs to come out so they can start doing something new. Gameplay doesn't really look all that interesting from what I've seen, but who knows. And although Splinter Cell looked really cool (Much more Hitman'ish open level stuff?), then I'm just way too burned out on the franchise, baditude and stylish level objectives aren't gonna change that. And ODST? WTF? I figured it was gonna be like an add-on kinda thing for Halo 3, but it really didn't look like they bothered to put in any polish on what they showed off there. I certainly hope Bungie are spending their energy on something else. Left 4 Dead 2 is kinda early, but alright

I also loved the bits where they were showing the home like "watch a movie with your friends....online" and you could just hear a fucking pin drop while there was no applause, what the hell did they expect? And the Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr appearance bit in the beginning was just sooo embarrassing, them just standing there not knowing what to say.

Anyway, fell kinda flat overall for me even with all these pretty big time things revealed. I kinda hope Sony will outdo them, but I kinda doubt it also.

New Mario Galaxy? Thats pretty good, loved the first one. Also the archery thing and basket ball games in Wii Sports Resort looked like they could be decent fun.

MAG looks very meh. BF2 with 256 players. And BF2 was very meh.
