You would be reffering to Aliens RPG, which has been canned for awhile. This is one that FOX are pushing for at the moment, Gearbox's development on Aliens: Colonial Marines is on hold last time I heard.

Lee3Dee was working on it, when he and a few other guys were fired. GBX placed the project on hold, but as far as I know they are working on it again!
So, basically there's 3 Alien titles in the making (?). Aliens vs Predator (Rebellion), Aliens: Colonial Marines (GBX) and some RPG shit that will probably never ship, I don't even know who's working on it any more, if it wasn't cancelled already like d3 mentioned, which probably has.
