It aired here yesterday night... There should be torrents up by now.
Pretty good so far, it seems as though the show will focus on 3-4 characters of which are in different units so there's going to be alot more character development and jumping around.... I liked the idea of following a single company throughout the war ala band of brothers...

Aye, really good so far. More or less exactly like I expected it, I think they set up the characters quite well. I think the lead up to them heading into shore with the landing boats was brilliant, set it up as the Normandy invasion and then have it end as an anti-climax. Also liked the touch with the dude find the picture and doll on a Japanese soldier. Even though they were fucking brutal savages in the war, then they were people with lives too.
