Juri is the Noel of Street Fighter. Also, do you ask peoples permission before you upload videos of their first day playing with the new characters?

I wish they'd updated the fighting engine in some way, it doesn't feel like a new version if you compare it to, say, the first two releases of Alpha. But I like the characters they added because they're all fairly unique and add speed to the game.. I was worried it'd be another bunch of shoto clones to be honest.

I really wasn't feeling Hakan when they first announced him but he's a blast to play with, partly because everyone just loses their shit when their usual flow of things ends up failing.

I really wasn't a fan of Hakan until I played against him. Most of the time when I play a grappler it's me shouting "bullsh*t" at the screen, but Hakan is just too funny.

I decided to go with Makoto instead of Guy for my "main." She doesn't play much like she did in 3S though, and a lot of players are putting her down. But she's fun to play and tiers are for losers.

I bought this game on steam during a sale and played it for like 5 minutes before going "wtf is wrong with these controls, I can't even figure out how to block attacks" then "wtf, I'm not enjoying this at all". Then I uninstalled it. :-|

Def Jam - Fight For NY will stay the only combat game I ever loved.

If you can't figure out how to press backwards then, yeah, you're not going to enjoy it.

Think of it as realtime chess, Once you start to get linking down, the game becomes cathartic. :megaman:

alright I broke down and bought it. I'm loving Cody and Juri right now, I plan to work on Ibuki, but her timing is pretty precise, I need to get back into training before using her.
