I think you missed the "gag" there, obviously the logo is covered because they don't have the rights to the Final Fantasy name, silly Minos.

I'm fairly sure Square Enix have the rights to Final Fantasy

I'm honestly amazed so many people care about achievements - I just play the game to experience what it is!

I've been kinda baffled by this too over the past few years. I understand it more in multiplayer, somewhat, for things like "get x kills in a round" or "deal y damage" or "get z kills without taking any damage", things that are unique and require skill. Single player achievements seem to either be grindfest awards or just completely run of the mill.. Like they might as well just put a timer on and give achievements for every hour you play the game. Not sayin they are all like this, just seems to be the status quo.

They're just fun little side rewards for doing challenges you may never have thought of doing before. It's not like I beat off to my achievement score or anything.

Well I didn't know Square Enix published the game, only that Eidos Montreal developed it... screw you all

Getting the increased jump ability opens up so many possibilities!

Ahahahaha we love you d3 but that was hilarious.

Hmmm I have really enjoyed the game up til now, but I am starting to find it a little repetitive. It always seems to be 'sneak past the guards who just so happen to be facing in the wrong direction' and then hack a computer. I'm currently in
Quotemontreal, going down that ridiculously long elevator. Then I died and loaded an autosave which took me back to the top of the elevator......

I just found a radio in a chinese hotel playing the Hell's Kitchen theme from DX1.

The stuff between the lines with Malik's sidequest is surprisingly deep, especially for videogame writing.
-
Holy shit. This game has an adjustable FOV.
-
yeah but it defaults to 75 and i didnt discover that till after i had completed it.

Just made it to the docks

26 hours already and I don't feel like I'm even halfway trough it. Hope I'm right. I don't know how you guys are doing it but I don't feel like I'm going slow, I try my best to get ghost, but I only managed it two times now (no reloads after being spotted). I'm not actually reading the emails and books though... only the odd newspaper.

So .. is the game ever getting a proper windowed mode? For now, you have to hold Shift and start the game to force it into Windowed mode (and this doesn't have a 100% success rate), plus it appears to mess with dual monitor setups when doing so. Hell, the game blacks out my other screen anyway, no matter if its fullscreen or not, and I have to alt-tab several times to get it back. Aaaaand not surprisingly, people really want to skip the opening videos.
