you could just make it a 1024x512, there's too little detail to make it worth the double texture size i'd say.

but the normal looks very good, keep it up !

Looking at the windows again made me notice that they are not centered between the columns. Could be intendet though.

thanx for the comments yeah i know, the windows are a bit out of proportion, and so are the "pillars", i will remake this, with proportion, I will also move the "pillars" and change the width of the windows so you easily can slice this up in hammer and "extrude" it to get more depth. So you dont have to change the grid to the smallest just to get between the windoow and the wall, if you know what im sayin

also the plan is to have slightly more details, so I cant really split the texture in half and use 1024x512, but i agree that it would work with the texture as it is now..

    cheers

That looks awesome Clayman. Any chance of an overview of techniques used, or better yet, a tutorial?

m8nkey I would love to do that..

thing is, this is going to be a texture pack, which i will be uploading on my portfolio for for download with the psd files and the meshes i used for the normalmaps..

    a tutorial is a great idea =)

I like it! But... not sure if its the lighting or the texture itself but the asphalt doesn't really differ from the mud.
