Helder, you're crazy

-
Danke gentleman's!

Nysuatro, It's height is slightly taller than a human. I'll put it on a nice environment with some scale references when it's done!

Really slick stuff, HP. Is that one of them there fancy bomb disposal robots?
-
Wow helder

For this type of mesh, I wonder how to make a good baking, I really don't know about that.

Me, I just make a low poly and some HP elements separatly after that (generally, floatting model). But never a full detailled High Poly.
-
Great stuff bro!
-
Aye, that works too, but I like to make HP's first, detail it to shit, then make the LP.
For the bake, unfortunately I'll just have to explode most of it! ;\ Not a fun process, but you have to do it.
-
Oh I've missed this thread, glad to see you post something again

-
Cool shit HP!
-
nice stuff! looking forward to see the LP
-
I started the LP of that vehicle but meanwhile a compo over at EAT3d was announced so I got right down to it.
I made a clay render to put on my folio for now:

That seriously rules Pint0.
Are those machineguns/rocket launchers? I'd get rid of them as they break the silhouette in a bad way imo.
-
Amazig!
-
A study in badassery
Nice! -
Oh boy, the bot is awesome. But that vehicle is just something else. Awesome work all round.
-
fuckin hell dude, that's some serious hard surface modeling! Looks ace man

-
nice modeling there, helder. you've come a long way for sure!
-
Could it be printed later? I'd love to have that as my Land raider for my space marine army

-
You guys are awesome, thanks for the motivation! I'll post a some progresses on the APC soon.

arhurt, It's funny that you're mentioning it, I was thinking about having it printed when I'm done with it, the mesh will need a few adjustments for printing but It's on my plans if budget permits.
-
Oh btw mino, I actually think the props on the sides help breaking up the silhouete in a good way, I started modeling them today, here's some progress:
It's so awesome to be able to post stuff on the interwebs again!
