iets because its directed by one of my favorite directors: Jean-Pierre Jeunet. he made Le Fabuleux Destin d' Amélie Poulain and Un long dimanche de fiançailles among otthers and i really dig his style. you should see at least one movie from his hand (not alien: resurrection though). although the name is from Belgian descent, the movie is entirely French btw. like most of his movies.

What's wrong with Alien:Ressurection? I'm a Jeunet fan myself and i'm loving it. I can see why Alien fans (especialy american ones) can have a slight problem with it but not Jeunet fans. It is a very typical movie from him. Great black comedy and visualy gorgeous.

i wasnt clear about this. its not that i condemn the movie but i think other movies from his hands show more of his characteristics. thats all
