the daily "how was your day?" extravaganza 2008

    when it's "fresh" it's pretty good, however the day after its very clear that theres so much artificial shit in it. the fries are the worst part. they were delicious 12 hours earlier, but later on they had the consistency of cardboard and tasted awful

    i find that on mapcore 99% of my posts end up being the last or second to last post on a page of a thread and it always makes me angry

    Been outside cleaning a morter\artillery\fighter jet shooting range all week.

    Sleeping in tents, walking about 20km each day in hella crappy terrain.

    My feet hurt, my ass is sore, my left arm counts 67 mosquito bites (I react to them aswell D: ) and I'm so glad to be back in my crappy military bed.

    Going good so far, woke up and went off out to the garage to finish the construction of my training climbing wall. All the base construction and woodwork is done, just need the last two frame brackets mounted onto the wall and a few boards a second coat of paint and then its hold fixing time.

    woke up at 9 am. my mother and a french "dame" left for some sightseeing while i wanted to work on my bachelor thesis. i was supposed to get some photos on paper until monday so i had to get them printed before. took my bicycle to ride to the next place with instant service. after 2 hours i returned at home and started working. then from time to time there was some generic interruption. in the evening we left home to go eating in a fine brewery. while being there we saw around 20 stag night groups. in one of those there was a girl from my year at high school. so we had a small talk which was fine.

    now i am back home writing on a nerdy internet forum.

    Day was great, victory is mine.

    Solved some really annoying vodoo thing on my lowpoly, that fucked up my normals -and nearly my mind. Finished ripping/baking/assembling a quite big model, except for a stupid AO map thats taking forever to render.

    In the late afternoon, a friend came by, while I was searching for a Lan cable in a total mess of cables, behind my mothers desk. We ended up fixing some older cables and have some coffee.

    Now I'm going to read the rest of the new posts on this nerdy internet forum.
