Sweet, never heard of that, but from the title alone it's clearly Lovecraft inspired which instantly appeals to me! I'll seek it out.

Warby i completely disagree with you on many of them. Bolded are films that i consider to be great. At least there are some overlaps with the ones that you like so our tastes are only like 90% different  Ingmar Bergman is my favourite director btw. I have seen almost his entire filmography.

140. 8.2 It Happened One Night (1934)

141. 8.2 High Noon (1952) <---- the build up is actually pretty thrilling and involving but the conclusion devalidates the entire rest of the movie

149. 8.1 Notorious (1946) <--- utterly forgettable i saw it only 2 weeks ago and couldn't tell you anything about what happend in it !

152. 8.1 Gone with the Wind (1939)

216. 8.0 Låt den rätte komma in (2008)

everything else on the imdb top 250 list i either like or i recognize it as being "known to be good by everyone" and is there for not worth mentioning !

Southland Season 3

Overall it was really good. I'm a sucker for cop shows like this and the Shield. Some of the emotional reasoning bits felt very forced though.
