-HP- Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Finally a zombies TV series! ;D http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1520211/ Quote
dux Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 I don't see any big names that I recognize. Quote
-HP- Posted September 1, 2010 Author Report Posted September 1, 2010 lol, me neither after looking at imdb. But in the trailer says from the Producer of Aliens and Terminator, and the Director of Shawshank Redemption. Quote
dux Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Yeah I looked at the imdb page, posted, then looked at the trailer and saw that lol. Thing that made me face palm was the carbon copy of the 28 days later hospital. It's just the same stuff we've seen before, only from different people. Quote
Steppenwolf Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Are producers in movies/tv shows different from producers in the games industry? Because i consider them the guys who have to hold a project back creatively in order to stay within budgets, time frames etc. Important jobs but i wouldn't put their names on the cover of a product as a proof of quality. Grinwhrl Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Been looking forward to this@!! and there are a few big names in there, at least that I know, but I like noname casts. Quote
ReNo Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 Yeah I agree, there's a fair few names in there that are pretty big as TV goes. No household names I guess, but certainly experienced. - Andrew Lincoln (main guy) is pretty well known in British TV, having starred in "This Life" and "Teachers". Nice to see him in a US show. - Lennie James (black guy) was Sol in "Snatch", and starred in a US post-apocalyptic TV show "Jericho". - Laurie Holden was in a bunch of "X-Files" episodes and a main character in the "Silent Hill" movie. - Michael Rooker is that grizzled looking mean guy in a whole shit load of TV shows and movies. You'd definitely recognise him if not know him by name. - Sarah Wayne Callies was a main character in the show "Prison Break". I'm looking forward to it. Need a new show now most of the other ones I watch have ended. Pretty much getting by on just Entourage at the moment Quote
e-freak Posted September 1, 2010 Report Posted September 1, 2010 The beginning looks like a total 28 days later rip off only to evolve into some kind of i am legend-postman mix? looking forward to it! Quote

PogoP Posted September 2, 2010 Report Posted September 2, 2010 Looks interesting! Bit of a strange choice having Andrew Lincoln in there as the main character though, he's been in a lot of your typical English dramas. Quote
