We are currently looking for senior game designers with a proven track record in designing game systems and mechanics to join an experienced team in creating an exciting new next-gen game for both Xbox 360 and PS3. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to help drive the creative process in creating a brand new IP.

Required -

At least one shipped console game, credited with a similar position to that advertised here.

Possess strong written and oral communication skills, essential in sharing ideas and concepts.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of gameplay philosophy and reasoning.

Demonstrate ability to produce core systems and technical designs.

o Understanding of interface and usability issues.

o Creative thinker able to provide new ideas for both high- and low-level gameplay.

o Willing to take ownership and drive forward design in their areas of responsibility.

Ability to work in a team, as part of a production process, liaising with other designers to create AAA gameplay.

Flexibility and adaptability to perform other design tasks on a project as required.

Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the technical restrictions and specifications for the new-gen consoles.

Able to work independently on routine tasks with little supervision.
