Hey can I get the 14th for de_concept(need different name xD), how late is that for NL ?

There is a time-converter linked in the first post of this thread. You should be in the same Timezone (CEST), so it's going to be 21:00 CEST. I'll post an Up-To-Date schedule tomorrow.

map overlay:

That's not a working hyperlink, nor a map overlay, nor a map overview . I hope you'll get a real one working by the time the playtest begins.

How can I require the logs and the feedbacks that were given yesterday?

It seems nobody posted something on my map topic yet, so thos logs are quite important next to the manual notes I took.

There's a link in the first post of this thread that leads to all the demos and log files.

Hey guys, I'm back!

PSA:

Hey guys, I'm going to be on vacation for the next few days, Fnuggi is going to take care of the playtests until I'm back.

Please share your map files in this thread instead of sending them to me, as I won't be able to forward the messages or upload the maps to the server.

Playtesting sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 21:00 CEST. We playtest a maximum of 2 maps per playtest.

For map creators:
If you want your map tested, post in the thread and suggest a day that is suitable for you. If the above mentioned time isn't a good fit, let us know and we can probably work something out!

Prior to the test you will have to send 'RZL one .bsp file, one .nav file and an optional .kv file. All custom content (models, materials, sounds, mapradar) needs to be packed into the bsp. For this, you can use Pakrat. He'll take care of the rest!

Submissions can be considered accepted if they appear in the schedule, this can take up to 24 hours.

RZL, I was wondering if the feedback stuff for my map was going to be uploaded, because I can't find them in the feedback Google Drive folder and I assumed that would happen. Did I assume wrong / did I forget to do something / something something-- I'd really like the feedback files if they're still available

The logs and demos get uploaded on request. They are now uploaded to the drive.

You can, but it's much better to be there. We tend to be a lot more critical when the author's not there, so be ready for that. Make sure you at least have the basics down (radar, clipping, decent lighting, etc).

Critical? As in stricter and more mean? Totally k

We turn into the meanest bunch of bastards the world has ever seen

Apparently after RZL didnt like the idea, he's been in quite a few games! I think someone is was lying to himself!

Yeah, I changed my vote a couple of days ago. I didn't know it could be so much fun to play with you nerds.

I wanted to let you know that the Global Offensive Subreddit /r/globaloffensive is offering 5v5 playtests.

They have pretty specific conditions, so make sure to meet them before submitting your map:

/r/GlobalOffensive Map PlaytestingWe are looking for near-complete competitive maps with compelling visuals that are seeking for extra feedback and competitive demos. Exceptions for maps in earlier stages in development (such as greyboxes) may be made based on community interest. Please only submit maps that are your own or that you are a major contributor on. Please only include one map per form submission. The order in which we playtest maps will be decided based on certain situational criteria. We much prefer to play maps that are actively being worked on rather than playing maps that haven't been updated in quite a while.

At present, only maps that have been uploaded or are soon to be uploaded to the workshop will be considered.

Click here for the submission form if you want to playtest your map.

ahhh im sorry i couldnt make it to the playtest today guys! I understand if you guys skipped my map.

Had some important errands I had to do.

It's ok, we played your map anyway, you can find the feedback files in here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=…LWM&usp=sharing

-The votes for the impression for the map start immediately after the beginning of a round, this totally screwed with my buy-action. Not sure if i'm the only one with the problem.

Yeah, I heard about this problem, but I really don't know if there is any other way than removing the polls, and I feel they are great addition to see if you're on the right track or not. I'm going to hit Splewis up if there's alternative. Meanwhile, as a workaround, you could create a custom buyscript for your most used guns. Here my buyscript for example (numpad bindings): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1VMh…tanc&authuser=0

Quote from El_Exodus

-When chatting normal in the game, it always said, that the feedback is saved. Or at least most of the time. I feel like this message should only appear when we use the feedback commands.

This was a bug with the newest build of the plugin. It should be fixed for the next playtest.

The incorrect display of voting percentages will also be fixed.

Sv_full_alltalk 1, which also didn't work, will be fixed as well( this means, we'll be able to hear what spectators say or write again).

Anyway, thanks for the feedback! Let me know if you notice anything more!

I'm not sure if it's free, but can I have a playtest tomorrow, thursday on the 18th March (at 21:00 CET) for my map de_pontifici? (). It'll be the only time I can playtest before the end of the deadline. Otherwise, no problems

(I'll make sure to have a radar and 20 playerslots ready by tomorrow!)

Hey, I'm sure you meant the 19th and it's already fully booked, sorry. Take a look at the schedule to find a date that is open and fits you. Also, what deadline are you talking about?
