Hey everyone!
I just wanted to know if anyone here is attending to either Unite Nordic or Nordic Game Conferance 2013 (or both). Cause I am there and it would be cool to just say hi to any of you guys.
If I get hold on some really great news I'll try to mention them here, don't expect any huge reports though!

Today at the Keynote, Unity revealed that Unity free licenses will now include:
- Support to export games to iOS/Android/Black Berry /Windows Apps Store.
( Ref: http://www.develop-online.net/news/44232/Uni…pment-goes-free)
- Shadow Batching (increasing performance when calculating shadows dramatically.)
- Real-time shadows from directional lights.
And some other cool features, you can probably google it if you are interested in more.
I hope someone is there! (But I guess not)
Regards, Stefan Jonsson

Gotta say I really like the lighting first map, really well done. The second map's lighting isn't just as appealing to me, but maybe that's because I don't like the color teal - also I'm not an artist per say so I may be all wrong!
I would also like some top downs of these - always interesting.
Anyway, Congrats!

Currently playing Krater, last part of Super Meatboy and Trine 2!

Nice! I really like the Carnival Street or what you may call it, very much atmosphere!
-
I'm so happy you chose the warmer lights instead of the colder colors discussed in previous posts.
I really like it, the only thing I can see from the latest pictures is on picture number two there is a huge flat wall on the right side, you might want to add some detail there to break the flatness. I think it looks empty.

I agree with Minos, it's taking shape now!
Something I noticed was that some streets look very clean, streets generally aren't clean - add some more papers and other kind of trash, that's my suggestion.

I'm not sure about whether they sold good or not, only thing I know is that these guys are talented and I think they could handle a new Jagged Alliance game very well.

Hi everyone!
I just thought everyone should see this and consider a pledge.
Click here to see Jagged Alliance sequal Kickstarter
It's a good series and we need more turnbased gold bricks!

Oh, like in the pictures where I explain my workflow for the level production?
-
Overall I like it, I think you should as some post-processing though. But maybe that's just me!

Thats some reaaaaally cool stuff!
Quote' timestamp='1367961307' post='331497']As for Ender's Game, saw 10 seconds of that trailer and stopped it, it's enough for me. I'm sold.
Haha, I always do that too, I'm afraid the trailer will spoil the best parts!

Hi everyone!
Since I felt making a second post in the Portfolio section wasn't appropriate I decided to make one here.
I am currently looking for an internship and I am not entirely satisfied with my portfolio. Please, help me out, I need some critique!
Tell me what's good and what isn't, don't be afraid do be blunt even though how harsh it is, I want to hear it all!
Here is the my portfolio thread:
Here is my website: http://www.stefan-jonsson.se/
Do that and I will forever be thankful, this is very important to me!

Thanks in advance,
Stefan Jonsson
