Hopefully this helps to substantially cut development costs. Great for indie devs too, I don't know why MS even bothered with their original press conference, they've u-turned on everything they've said anyway.

Nice interview

You haven't seen whining until you've read the posts about GRID2 not having cockpit view

Reminds me of this article written by a community manager on how to deal with negative posts.

Not too bad of a sale. Spent $40.
I'm sad it's over, games are too expensive now.
-
This looks pretty cool, I'd be interested in playing this, it sounds like a similar idea me and a mate had for an indie game

Free stuff and e-peen.
You get backgrounds for your steam profile, emoticons and possibly vouchers I've heard? You can also sell the cards and buy games with the money.
I'm still waiting for the naked ladies to appear in my inventory.

I've got 2 Dead Island, Torchlight and Skyrim and I need Chivalry, football manager and kerbal to complete the badge.

I've been booting up all of the old steam games that I never got around to playing but bought in previous sales.
I've completed Portal 2 co-op now and it was pretty awesome, cheated on 1 level that I got really stuck on. Would recommend to anyone.
Finally playing Fallout New Vegas and I'm having a hard time really getting in to it, I'm not finding it as good as Fallout 3 story wise, I'm trying to avoid the main quest line like the plague so this might take me a while to complete.
Started playing Lord of the Rings: War in the North which I picked up in the steam sale and had been waiting to buy for quite some time as it came highly recommended as a decent co-op game. I was disappointed to find out I can't play as any of the major story characters and they're just generic human, elf and dwarf guys. The game play is also just endless waves of monsters and this tends to get boring real fast. It's a pretty good looking game though and easy to play if you just switch off and slash through enemies.

I really wanna start getting in on these.

Really looking forward to Watchdogs, it looks awesome. I love open world games and the ability to get more info or bits of personal details about all of the npcs is a great idea.

Daenerys is the hottest character, easily. I don't find Cersei that attractive either personally.
But yes, loads of boobs, it's great.

I've been watching 'skint' on 4OD. Makes me so angry.

LEGO Lord of the Rings is in a Flash Sale! Just helping out a bro in case you haven't noticed it yet

Cheers
Yup picked up 2 copies, one for my gf as well. Watching the flash sales like a hawk! Also picked up Bastion this morning for £1.71 as everyone recommends the shit out of it and £1.71 is less than a pint, justified.
I'm torn whether to get Saints Row The Third though for £6 with all DLC as I already have it on PS3 but don't play games on my PS3 anymore.
-
I'm hoping the LEGO games pop up on sale, there's not much else I want right now really, I'd be buying things for the sake of it. Gotta get all dem cards though.

I've tested HL2 on rift yesterday and my whole day was fucked, I was feeling sick for a looong time
I've also tried Quake 1, some roller coaster demos and the SDK demo - cool stuff but I need to get used to it. I'll try to calibrate this as Helder said but how to calibrate it?At first it can make you feel a bit queezy. Some people felt really quite ill like you too but I guess it depends on the person. The cinema demo is really impressive if you haven't checked it out yet, one of the best for getting a sense of depth.

I always felt like the combat was out of place in Mirror's Edge and would have rather it be just about parkour. Open world ME2 is very exciting though.

There's not an awful lot I've really wanted this time around. Is it just me or are they not doing massive bundles anymore?
