It's funny everytime I think of Nysuatro I think a guy strolling around the office with his bare hands instead of his feet and doing push-ups while working at his desk shouting "Aint nobody got time to sit still!!!"

That's actually what working with him is like. Add to that spinning on his head whilst simultaneous solving usability issues and you've got Robb.

I'm a complete night owl too, if I had the choice that's how I'd rather live. I just enjoy night time more, there's less cars on the road, it's quieter, shops are always empty and it's generally more relaxing.

I used to game with an all-American clan during college and Uni and would stay up till 7 or 8 in the morning, sleep through the day and then wake up around 4pm and start gaming again. I was essentially living in their time zone and I think this is where a lot of my night owl habits come from.

Having to work during the day is what keeps me being 'normal' though I usually get around 7-8 hours of sleep a night if I drive to work and with flexi-time i tend to get to work around half 9. If I have to get the train I'll wake up at around 7 with usually less than 6 hours sleep and feel absolutely knackered for most of the day.

I used to drink a lot of caffeine drinks, energy drinks mostly and this kept me going but I quit that a fw months ago and I feel a lot better for it. Water is generally a lot better.

lol Minos... i thought about doing that myself

i'm only interested in BF3, there are others both on Steam and Origin, i'm curious if I can give those to two people or not (I guess it's not but just to be sure).

Yup you can pass the keys on if you haven't activated them already.

You can also pass the origin keys on if you've activated the steam one already. e.g Burnout Paradise. I've activated them on both steam and origin.

The keys for origin and steam are basically 2 different copies of the game and aren't tied to each other in any way.

Since i'm interested only in BF3, if I want to give away the other games, I should just redeem the codes and pass those away right?

Yup, just give the codes to someone who wants them. Duplicate keys don't give gift copies on Steam once redeemed, so give the actual keys away,

Why'd they skip Dead Space 2?

    Also, link: https://www.humblebundle.com/

Oops thanks. Thought I added it

    Can't beat $5 for BF3 and Dead Space 3.

A new humble bundle just went up with some pretty awesome games for very little money. It's become the fastest selling Humble Bundle to $100,000 sales and EA/Humble are giving all of the proceeds to charity.

Pretty impressed with EA on this one.

Dead Space, Dead Space 3, Burnout Paradise, Crysis 2, Medal of Honor and Mirror's Edge for $1 or more.

BF3 and The Sims 3 if you pay above the average.

The first thing I notice is that it's quite a long corridor with very little cover other than the space to the left. Try using some other objects such as stacks of crates to add more cover. Or possibly add an access tunnel which allows players to flank.

You should definitely continue though. Finish what you start!

Take a look into the Unity scene: the whole technology gravitates around their "workshop" were people can buy all kind of contents (from plugins to models or sounds). Maybe there's space for "prefabs" to use in maps, or something like that.

It was posted in this forum a plugin for Unity that allows you to work with Unity tech in an editor almost identical to Hammer.

I'd say this was the best approach.

I work out since I don't want to become a cripple at the age of 30. I mostly do bodyweights with a focus on core muscles and functional strength. Besides, I hate gyms and they are way too expensive for me (cheapest is like 8 cans of beer a month, while Crossfit and Kettlebell gyms which I find attractive are about 32 cans!!), I'd rather workout outdoors at my local ghetto gym which is free and has all the needed monkeybars and stuff. Hell, even a few hangups and pushups each day is better than nothing.

In addition to that, I do a lot of jogging with my bulletproof vest for additional weight (~7kg). Probably between 7-10km with a pace of 6-8min/km with a climb of ~180m. Jogging is boring as fuck. I did run a lot before school during a period, but I realized that waking up and hour early made me get too little sleep over the week, and made me sleep all weekend. Now I do it during evenings instead.

My rules to keep working out are pretty simple, no working out on weekends, and absolutely no workouts when hung over (even on weekdays). And if there is something more fun to do than working out, then do that instead.

Do you live in Compton? Wtf.

My issue isn't that filtering exists, if you want to opt in for filtering, great. My issue comes with it being an opt-out service where many people will either just agree to it as they don't want to admit they watch porn or not care about it either way and will automatically get filtering enabled.

I live with my gf's mum right now and the internet/phone is in her name. I'd have to get her permission to have porn enabled basically.

One huge step forward for censorship though, I really hope they u-turn on it because it's going to have some horrible consequences to the future of the internet.

I'm surprised we don't have a thread about this already, unless I'm blind.

Women appreciation thread is going to get us blocked

    http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2013-07/27/pornwall

As well as pornography, users may automatically be opted in to blocks on "violent material", "extremist related content", "anorexia and eating disorder websites" and "suicide related websites", "alcohol" and "smoking". But the list doesn't stop there. It even extends to blocking "web forums" and "esoteric material", whatever that is. "Web blocking circumvention tools" is also included, of course.

To be fair, I skipped GRID2 for not having cockpit view.

I think it was a mistake not having it. But every single post on the GRID2 page, even completely unrelated to cockpit view had comments about it They're funny to read.
