In the related videos to the one i previously posted there was this one; it explains basics about perspective.

Is the engine completely in-house (derived from what you are using for Rome 2?) or licensed?

    Furious 6.

Pretty much predictable in every twist, action scenes a bit too much over the top to strike me.

Pity, i liked F5 much more. Curious to see what they come up to for #7 after Paul Walker's departure

Like the general mood and background.

First shot: seems like players can do ladder and easily get on top of the roof via the wood pile, is it intended?

Keyboard has 3D keys, hurrah for the next-gen!

Looking great. One would be skeptical because Creative Assembly is known for strategy games, but this is been in the works for long and i'm sure they don't want to disappoint the fans.

Can't wait to see it in motion!

Yeah! I was recently thinking that Cobble was too long due to update! I mean, it has always been one of the most played maps and one of the most played in the clanwars i had during the time i had a clan.

Curious to see the implications of completely altering the side-route to A in an open environment.

    Now i'm waiting for Chateau

New map not very original on the visual theme, but can't complain for new maps... current community seems more flexible in the map rotation instead of playing only 3-4 maps.

Like it. To give more depth i'd try to add something in the very foreground; and expanding on what KoKo wrote, you probably can darken a bit the top part and that should maybe add that depth. And the shadow of the character looks a little bit washed out for how dark is the character's back.

I love the art-direction, the details... stuff that Ubi and few other companies can pull off with their immense resources and massive teams. But gameplay wise, i'm starting to be a bit skeptical in the sense that i'm kinda expecting the game structured with some kind of hub/ready-room and mission areas largely explorable, but not directly connected to the hub(s) – this because of the helicopter ("teletransport") that the players were waiting for at the end of the E3 demo and lack of drivable vehicles, as clearly hinted here.

Also I kinda expect a bit too many off-game menus where the player will manage and trade resources found during missions (see FC3).

All you need to highlight is written in the job opening. If not in the company you intend to apply, requests are all about the same, i'm sure you noticed reading different job descriptions.

Bug reporting is definitely very important, highlight the software you used and somewhere was suggested to attach a bug report to demonstrate the kind of feedback you provide. Some companies (EA that i've seen) require in some applications a certification about general software quality assurance, if you have any certification in the field, provide it.

Reviewing a game is also encouraged by several companies and mentors. I personally still wonder if they prefear to read about a game developed by the company you apply to or if it's ok one in the same genre (eg. fps).

Wish you best of luck, didn't turn out well for me (yet), but i don't have bug reporting in my cv.

Did they model Max Payne after that guy? Maybe just from the first game? Looks really familiar.

Oh, that's a piece of videogame history now!

Is the screenshot some kind of montage? Because face texture is insanely great thinking of when it was made, and compared to the one on the hands.

Anyway i don't see resemblance in the physical features of the characters after the original Max Payne, the model in the 2nd was completely different (and i quickly fell in love with it).

I'm curious if they'll have Sam making an appearance in Quantum Break too... but i'm hoping not, at least not in the way they did in Alan Wake because the amount of (self-)referential material they put in Alan Wake totally broke the immersion for me.

Is it just me or quoting HP constantly mess up the forum quoting? i'm sure it's caused by the square brackets in the username.

I was hugely disappointed by Alan Wake in my first run. But story is written well and the theme is helplessy ticklish when you are into that stuff, so thanks to the chivos, collectibles and DLCs I ended up playing it 3 times and i'm surely gonna play it again. (It is my intention to get 1000 msp, but I also got it on Humble Bundle so I have to see it at higher res sooner or later.)

What I find addictive is simply the setting: i love the North-West panoramas (Twin Peaks, aww), if the game was the sandbox they originally intended, it would have probably been the end of me.

With time-related mess up, Quantum Break just promises to be as much as cult material. If they are going to make the live action show part influenced by gameplay (i understood it will not, but recently read something suggesting the contrary), it will be definitely a reason to replay it.

Wow, i didn't bother to look for the show this year... but VGX suggested to be an even bigger event than last year, was it just me? They had friggin' Samuel L. Jackson on a stage as big as MTV Music Awards, now it sounds the clapping audience are the gaffer and cameraman. Geoff's buddy is a complete dick, and is sitting beside Geoff, i mean.

I dunno, probably everybody is busy playing with their new consoles or working on developing the games and have no time for this bullshit.

Just seen it at IMAX 3D, fucking awesome!
