Saw the shots in the other topic; like it a lot, lighting especially

FC3 any inspiration? Vaguely reminds me of one of the MP maps there. (Not a critique.)

    lol, i would pop champagne!

Aside: i'm seeing a lot of advertisements for the return of NCIS, in the spot they show the previous season ended up with them being bombed... deja vu

Does Zynga now own just the games side or the middleware side as well?

The interesting thing is, from what i was told, that the company (NaturalMotion) seems to be more interested and aggressive on the game dev side, instead of the framework and licensing.I'd guess that every game will get the Zynga logo, and NM will keep its image for the technology.

Just out of curiosity. I remember an old interview Gabe gave to the 1up guys around the time Lost Coast came out, speaking of tech he said they were implementing, or wanting to implement, image based rendering... which at the time sounded a lot like a trick to give some more legs to an old technology. I've never heard any other engine developer talking about that: is it something completely surpassed or it could be a nice component to have in an engine?

I'm not sure cs:go or dota2 would benefit from looking better at this point, its all about game play and with better graphics comes a higher cost, which always means less players..

I guess CS:GO wouldn't be in the priorities of the face-lifts... the community is responding well and the game has traction, making an "HD+" version would just break it apart.Aside from that, visual upgrades are always welcomed for me, and if the price is cheap as they have been doing since D1, i'm positive.

Also fuck broccoli. I know it's amazing but I fucking hate the sutff. Blerghghghghg.

Get out.I love broccoli, and Bruxelles sprouts. With the latter though, I tried making a soup after Xmas and it tasted like dishwash water and had some… rumbling effects :/

I'm about the same as you dux! ~177-8cm x 73-75kg. I only know chest cos I ordered a waistcoat recently, ~91-94cm(?) (took the measurement with skipping rope and then with the side of a Leatherman multi-tool xD).

How do you measure body fat, only in a gym?

I was ~71kg before moving to uk, but I just built some mass, here I eat meat and do physical work. I miss cardio training opportunities unfortunately.

I do as we'll never felt better, though I'd like to reduce body fat more. I've started a resolution of not eating cake in the evening anymore. Hopefully more than that.

I frankly never gotten to find any reason to like Chloe, too much of a comic shoulder in a show were i don't want to see any comical sketch.

I don't cook sweet potatoes, but from what you wrote, i'd try covering for the final part of the process and see what happens.

Alternatively, could try to put a small water container in the oven, not sure it can help though.

    Half* episode of Mr. Selfridge.

Have seen the previous episode last week; it's high budget, well acted... but still can't see what should draw you in watching the following episode. I think it's a "girls program", i watched just to be around the girls here.

Reminds me a lot of Black Mesa, can it be? Does the name have any relation to that?

Anyways, like it a lot, except little touches like Chris noted for the blue trims.

Agree on pretty much everything d3ads, except that I found the final season the best in term of pacing and I liked its darkness.

Yeah, I felt so bad for Jesse… I think there's an idea of spinoff for him too, recently on IGN's Facebook they posted a "future for Jesse" article, which I haven't read because I was still in-progress with the show.

Yes, agreed with D3ads. Although i haven't seen some of the most awarded shows (eg Lost) i think 24 is the best show i've ever followed. And it's funny because at the beginning i saw just a few bits on tv and dissed it as "too cheap and old", i found the clock count particularly annoying... then i started really watching it when they were already like at season 5 after couple of friends stressed me over and over.

Yes there were some filler episodes here and there, and you would spot them immediately, but overall with such a long season it would make up for that, while for eg. i'm still hurting for the stupid fly episode in Breaking Bad.

As far as I can remember seasons 6 and 4(?) were the less gripping, but boy.

Hype train coming through for this one.

Looks way too dark to me. Architecture seems interesting so i'm sure you can slowly find the motivation to finish it, especially given the fact it's such a long-coming project.

Two hours trip is nothing, i used to get the train at 6:30 to get to university by 9 in my first trimester.

I would go to the interview, just to see how it is like, then you can always refuse the position for reasons they will never be interested in verifying (i guess).

As relationships goes, my sister and her boyfriend kept alive theirs, and she was studying in Italy, he was in the UK. And they had met the summer just before my sis was starting university, so this went on for about two years (the second year he moved to Italy for ~12 months). They are married now. It's not ideal, but just saying that your motivation will make you move mountains.

Six months "apart" is something perfectly doable if your relationship is destined to go somewhere -- so many of my uni friends had girl/boyfriends back in their home towns in a 2-3 hours commute range.

How can someone talk about "stolen code" this easily, have Ubi employees moved to Monolith? There are no links between the companies and the publisher is different, how could you do such thing... decompile? FFS, that's some heavy accusation, I don't think that imitating an avatar's behaviour/moves is so difficult, if that's your priority, but that's totally different than "having my code in there" :-|

And i don't think that such an outburst reflects well on Capybara Games.

Anyway, finally a LOTR game looking good, i could never care about the MMOs. I hope the AC similarities end on the animations, cos for as nice as AC was, i never wanted to play any of the sequels. Parkour is definitely the best thing in there, i actually have popped the game back in some lazy afternoons, just to enjoy freerunning for some half hours.
