Quote from knjMy take on people starting to do GYM is that, if you really want to change how you look, you will learn all the shit you need by yourself, cause the theory is very important (training and dietery) !
I do agree completely, that's how things should be of course. Thing is I don't feel the need to change, i don't want to get bulky; i'm perfectly fit and since i started this work (which is physical) i'm even more, only thing i can/would improve is to burn the last remaining body fat and show off a six-pack (of which there's a light trace already). Maybe increase the mass by a very small amount, just enough to show off.
More importantly though, i should instead take advantage of the gym to regularly do the exercises i've been given by a therapist to correct my posture problem (slight torsion of the upper body to the left - i'm sure caused by staying at the computer all this time all these years) which caused me to stop jogging ![]()
