Grand Designs, Kennington 2012 - or the episode where a 380k Victorian water tower is transformed in something resembling an Apple store after a +2mln £ renovation.

House has been put on market for £6.5mln, but price tag has been slashed of 2mln this year, I found out looking for the stream.
Unfortunately can't find a yt or official stream.
I want it.

AC3 hoodie, looks very cool and it was on sale so why not

Doesn't seem to blatantly display where it comes from, I don't see silly logos and stuff… indeed a cool design!

I watched TDKR several times now. That is the best scenes like the opening and the fight in the sewers.
Is not so much of plot holes, I would be able to overlook on that… it's just story is bollocks, the way is narrated, the way Wayne is a depressed crybaby at the beginning, and especially the stupid move of revealing the villain at the end of the movie, so disappointing.

Awesome stuff guys, and awesome… pictures Thrik

If there's no salad I can hardly consider anything a good sandwich… it gives the right amount of "fresh" in it

And in addition to all this, the cubemaps also break. Basically, never rename a map file. It kind of sucks that we're between two different systems with CS:GO, so one takes a single map name and works from there, and the other cannot deal with that.
This is sooo ridiculous, how can something related to rendering break because of file name? Valve should really fix it…Btw it would be horrible anyway, so much bloat.

Rota where I work is changing in October, when I need to book some holidays (attend a wedding).
I have loads of days, but I'm annoyed that ppl that has gone recently have been able to join regular days off to holidays, while the line manager talked to me like "you don't know when your days off are gonna be"… that's unfair if I'll have to just book only holidays without being able to do like the others.
Especially considering how hard I work and always been available to adjust my schedules to help them (if I knew I was getting then something in return).

It's more fucked than it seems: guy has a fiancée and he left her in bed to go mess with the almost 20 years younger girl – who was passed out (we did drink like sharks that night).
They were colleagues at the time of the event.
She's ok, if you meet her you would never think she went through something like this, but I guess these things never really go away.

On one side he doesn't look like the guy who would do that, but to me Minecraft looks really close to saturation, I don't see how anyone will be able to maintain it's popularity… so this is probably the best deal ever for Notch. Then he can still do stuff if he's passionate.
Don't understand why MS have to buy Mojang, can't they just sell the rights of the IP?
What is MS gonna do, a next-gen version of it that ppl won't like to play because of the graphics?

Don't completely dislike it, but meh.
Also cockpit looks like Master Chief's helmet.

That doesn't look like mapcore!

After the verdict, which should be tomorrow.

I had to appear in court as eyewitness. Easier than I expected, but can't stop thinking about the case (again).
It's though.

Out of the blue?
There was quite a talk in the last couple of months about Gotham, Flash and Constantine…Anyway it looks very promising!

Just finished watching Battleship.

I don't know what they use for steam, I remember that when it came out I read something about it being rendered through their own libraries.
About the web frame, the reply on stack overflow that mentions IE is completely wrong: they use WebKit, and they did advertise that choice in the news when they did such an update.
Isn't a bit too bloated to run so many solutions? (I mean scaleform for big screen) can scaleform be used for windows or just works when rendered in a fullscreen context?

Is epic using GTK? I thought they developed their own Ui library.
Sorry i didnt phrase it correctly, that's what I meant asking
because just for the fact that it's a total overhaul, I thought it was their own.Yeah I like much better the idea of in-engine tools as well
I dunno the specifics of what you're talking so I might don't understand properly the windowing topic… but I think that Valve said that Steam was running on Source, or anyway their own window system, when it first released.
