Haven't had the chance to finish Daredevil; been to see Avengers Thursday night: this one was very good compared to the previous
Quote from duxI turned 28 today. Two years to go for the big 30. I'm getting nervous.
Late to the party, happy birthday!
And I so understand what you mean… turned 32 in January and frankly I feel it less, changing country and making new experiences made me feel 5 years younger.
Focus on your accomplishments, think that there is a Wikipedia article about something you have contributed to ![]()
Just came out of it, definitely better than the previous one!
How do you hold the laptop Skybex to get cooked by the fans on the back? ![]()
Anyway laptop lap rests are very good idea, these big ones are heavy and you need to distribute the weight, otherwise blood circulation could be a problem. For this I do very rare sessions of this big machine in my lap. This in particular has the little "feet" so it might be even painful.
Third thing is the electro magnetic statics, there are some specifically designed laptop rests that promise to shield you from that.
Bought it at the last Steam sale I think, was waiting to have the pad to play, then I never wanted to tackle something too story intensive.
Tonight i got my girlfriend to play through most of the first episode ![]()
I should have the very same model Skybex has (except VGA maybe), and for my experience it doesn't overheat… doesn't reach any temperature (chassis) that I've experienced in other laptops really.
So I'm wondering I've been very lucky or he hasn't(?)
Cool, I'm surprised that in CS is possible to do that much tbh ![]()
Curious to see further developments mate
Cool work Skybex!
A bit contrary to others before, I like easter eggs and referencing, but just a tad less conspicuous. The vending machine looks good tho, maybe you would need to use the warp tool on the 'Core logo cos atm seems a bit too sticked on to me.
In terms of questions, I was curious since you posted first, that the pool is gonna be interactive... will balls respond to [use] or what you mean?
Reveal trailer!
For those concerned that "pay what you want" doesn't work, I think you should reflect on the success the store had in a week: Bethesda says some modders were set to make more money than their own developers, is not like people starts buying mods because they are paid, I'm sure most of people owned this mods, knew they were good and wanted to reward the authors.
Valve has removed this, but I'm sure it is coming back, Gabe promised this is the future of Steam and gaming for what they're concerned.
Quote from XanthiI like it how Bethesda is trying to justify the 45% cut in their latest blog
IMO by taking such a high precentage there are certain things you have to do as a developer. Like putting someone in charge of checking these mods before putting a price tag on them. And keeping the workshop clean so high quality mods are getting the exposure they deserve. But right now it sounds more like a money grab..
I agree with the main point, but you don't need and you shouldn't decide who's mod can have a price tag or change that.I'm keen toward a curated store, like App Store is but there are counter arguments just as good. For starters, I'm not sure a game dev will make enough to justify the curators. And what if the dev is a small indie, they'll never have the resources to do that, but most certainly you need to give them credit and a share.
Just read the IGN news. Whattaffak is going on there??? Are they trying to save themselves from a crash and burn fall they were spiraling in?
What a joke of a company
Actually that's not what Del Toro said, he doesn't know (or can't say - of course) if the game is cancelled or whatever
Modding made much more sense years ago. In this day and age, the result of this is that the very skilled modders, those making the total conversions or really big stuff, are gonna say "fuck this" and make stand alone games with UE, Unity and Source 2.

I'm tempted!
Fight mechanic is similar to Batman Arkham I understand, and I'd so need A game I can play for short bursts…
Because he's a fucking Boy Scout at Mr. President's service (Superman).
Batman has an armoured suit to match up with Superman's powers.
Pretty cool the new Joker, very comic book-like. Reminds me of the video game a lot. Also makes me think Marilyn Manson could have been him XD
I'm curious to hear Jared's voice and laugh.
Aaaand this is the generation of prosthesis
