signatures were mentioned previously. Every decent platform seems to allow the admin to disable pics in signs, so that can be an option to keep lean. Not missing em too much, but i like to click links to portfolios every now and then so I'd be pleased to see them.

Take one on the famous slide?

Cool.
Yes i know you are using software, I just wanted to put my hands forward because I feel a bit guilty when I report things, I know you do this in your spare time.
Guess that on the mobile we just disagree
I know it was clunky before, but just felt more reliable. I especially don't enjoy the writing posts actions.Anyway, wanted to ask already a while ago: in the past you collected money to keep the site up if I remember correctly… just wanted to say that since I now have a job if be happy to contribute a donation if needed.

Hey Thrik, I just wanted to leave my 2 cents. Hope it won't sound too whiny, I don't want to diminish the work you've been doing, on the contrary

But, although I like the look and feel in general, I feel the website is slower than before. Especially on mobile is quite a chore. Where before there were the usual limitations you expect on mobiles, now you can see that it hasn't been thought properly (or tested).
the very generous paddings make for a less enjoyable reading.
One very annoying bug I encounter in iOS, is the navigation back: using the gesture, the previous page is displayed briefly, then again the page you were on, then it actually goes to previous page. Because of the response times, I often end up tapping something on the previous page, but because of the switching I interact with the page i am navigating away from.
Another bug I found is about getting to the newest post of a topic: the star works like you indicated, but if there's no new posts from last visit, that link is disabled, you have to click on the last post time on the right. I dunno, just seems inconsistent to me.

Waited for their controller for ages, when they announced the autumn release I decided I codnt wait that long. Anyway reviews for this are a must -- although feedback was generally positive

The topic didn't get much traction
but I think this is quite fascinating/interesting choice in development.Anyway, just read about XCOM2 and thought it's an interesting read although non-technical
http://uk.ign.com/articles/2015/…-maps-ign-first
it's actually the way I would have approached the map making with the premises I talked about at the beginning; my friend tho has decided to try a classic static geometry for maps, with random placement of AI, items, objectives

Humble Bundle has a store since a while. The bundles I never questioned how they worked, but I always addressed the money to devs.
anyway was just curious if they had the third party possible mess covered

Quote from Bastion
http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds if you want all the details.
Benefits of the system
- People who buy them keys and do not want them can save their wallets.
Could we even profit? If you ask refund from games from Humble Bundle, they can't know how much you paid. I usually actually steer all money toward the devs of the couple games I buy the pack for.
Same applies to greenman etc, if you buy discount… maybe works only for stuff bought through steam?
-
They should put a disclaimer that you can't ask for refund if you completed the game. It'd be fairly easy to check as well I think.
plus: people should just provide demos.

Here seems appropriate without opening another thread.
Anyone has ever bought a bed table stand? For something bulky as a 17". Not sure if I'd want to use the mouse as well... on amazon there are stands that have an additional support, but uhm.

I'm fucking phat, can't stop eating shit :gonk:
Colleague at work has started weighing a group of people to make herself feel better about her dieting, I managed to gain 4 pounds in the first week, Imperial doesn't mean shit to me, so yesterday when I finally managed to go back to gym stepped on the scale and I'm 82.8, I must lose 3-5kg. Then see.

I preordered. Too excited (for once), and was only 28£ on Amazon...

Slightly (un)related: I just found out Uwe Boll released a sequel for Rampage in 2014. And he's raising funds to make a third.

But that's not light coming in at different directions. Source is sun, direction is one, you can talk about different directions if there are different sources, so artificial.
I think that instead of being perpendicular to the window opening, sun is shifted and comes in at angle, allowing more light through one side than the other.

Really digging the atmosphere, so much detail all around.
I'm intrigued, and this is from me, I only tried the first Penumbra, got stuck right at the beginning of the demo so never bothered. I wasn't enjoying to much the physical interaction anyway.
I must try this tho.
-
I don't understand what you mean about light coming from both corners at different angles

Sun is sun, comes from one direction, what might change is the shape of the window, there might be something outside that alters the way the light bounces around… I guess you can only put additional lights inside to simulate.

You clearly got jinx Sprony :v
