Yeah, I was really disillusioned by that in Rage. From a far everything looked like a painted master piece but as soon as you came up close the textures were lower in quality than that of the original Doom

I'm a bit disappointed to be honest. Visually appealing but very scripted, even poorly at some points (like with the robodog). Enemy animation and AI seem to be a bit off as well (gun emplacement and enemy on the stairs). Nothing they can't fix though and probably one of the reasons it got postponed.

Well I think he probably meant the latest engines and simply forgot to mention that little detail. Atleast I hope so

When I was researching Id Software for the article I wrote I came acros several interviews in which Carmack clearly stated that they never wanted to go into the lincensing business in the first place. People kept pushing and they made up a bunch of stuff and were surprised that everybody actually went along.

That and the fact that the Unreal engine was heavily promoted by Epic with great support. Something Id was continously cutting down on. Just look at the modding scenes of their last games (developed both internally and externally). Now that Bethesda owns them no outside developer will be able to license it. But internally it's already used for the new Wolf and The Evil Within.

So I went and got raped!

I have a fat percentage of 26,4%. It's measured by using some sort of plier on different parts of the skin. I don't know the correct English name for it. Electronically it says 31%. Either way, both are bad. I also weigh 102,3 kilo and I'm 1.83 cm long. That's officially overweight.

I've gotten a schedule for 3 days a week. It's combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio and Cross Fitness. Especially the Cross Fitness was a killer. It's basically comes down to doing a lot of different exercises in rapid succession and without a break. As soon as I get the hang of this schedule I'll post it here for anyone interested. Not sure if it will work but I must have lost a gallon of sweat so it's doing something alright.

I'm going back on Monday. I've also got an extensive eating schedule but I haven't started that yet and it will take some time to slowly adjust my eating patterns.

I reactivated my account and got an appointment with my friend this Friday. We're going to do a measurement and he's going to explain the schedule he made. He told me it's going to be realistic, maintainable and purely focused on losing weight.

Also, for the very first time in my life, I've shaved my head. I don't know why, I just felt that if I did it, I want it more. That I'm more....hardcore.
