Game got cancelled and the studio is shut down. Sucks for the people who worked there. EA is sitting on a pile of gold but they are too retarded to know how to dig it up.

I already own the complete collection on PS1 and PS2. I even have Soul Reaver as PSN game on PS3. This collection doesn't have the original Blood Omen. Still, I bought it again. Because:

It took me half a year but only one book remains. Never in my life have I've read such an compelling story. The writing itself may be slow, especially in regard to the fast pace style of my other favorite author (Robert E Howard) but it's fascinating from beginning to end. Many a night I spent reading until dawn, utterly amazed by the sheer amount brilliance of all the scheming happening before my eyes. I can not remember having seen anything so carefully worked out. The setup of certain twist (which are not all about killing of characters you haters) is just pure genius. It's not a story anymore. It's a world that has come alive. Something so great that it has to be preserved forever.

Now let's just hope god will be less cruel and not kill Martin before he finishes his epic saga.

I have to say, 77 euro isn't bad. You could also buy the regular version with the first expansion for 40 euro at G2Play. Premium will drop eventually so in the long run, it's a better deal.

I love the skybox and it certainly is an original setting. I take it the obvious rock seam with the misaligned textures in screenshot 1 is a known issue?

I haven't played a modern FPS in ages (except for Battlefield MP). There are only 3 upcoming shooters I'm interested in: Destiny, Titanfall and yes Killzone: Shadow Fall. I just love the art and vibe in the Killzone games but I won't be playing it and expecting innovation. No, Destiny and Titanfall must bring that to the table. In the mean time, I'm going to play Sock his latest Quake map (The Ivory Tower) because it's better than most modern shooter crap out there.

I agree that the internet goes way too far in it's hate but in Randy's case, he sure does his best to provoke it (which still doesn't justify threats and stuff). Just saying.
