They did the same when the Xbox 360 and PS3 came out. I never understood it. You could have made someone, who doesn't have the money, very happy with it. It's this kind of egocentric short sighted nature that makes me lose faith in humanity. The fact that nobody actually responds is even worse.

Also, saw this on Gaf, which looks a lot like Vasco da Gama Route to India. If so, it will be amazing for me as a Portuguese dude to see some story around the discovery and mapping of the world and maybe raise some awareness to many that the Portuguese mapped more than half of the globe along with the Spaniards and the English.

WTF! Why are the Dutch always forgotten? We gave you Australia, we founded New York (Nieuw Amsterdam) and Kaapstand (Capetown), we owned Indonesia, Brazil, South Africa, Suriname, Antilles, etc.
PS: The Flying Dutchman could be a nice Uncharted tale.

I just read the replies and completely forgot about the separate launch dates.

So you guys can already play with your Playstation 4. That's nice!

What do I need to do for an alpha key

Thank you HP!
PS: No fellatio was involved!
This is cool, but for the wrong reasons. Playing through the d3 story was a pretty dull experience in comparison to the predecessors. So this is probably a good thing.
True. But this could save it for a lot of people. I've ranted before about the story and the way everything was presented so being able to skip it means a lot. It also kills the repetitiveness. Especially since we can choose the difficulty. I'm starting to believe in this more and more. My criticism remains, but I can skip it now

Just read what they are planning. I'm convinced to give this a try:

Especially this is a gamechanger for me:
QuoteThese modes can be accessed at any time, and you're welcome to switch between them whenever you please. In addition, we've unlocked all difficulty levels, giving you even more control over your in-game experience. Don't want to play through the story four times on each of your characters? Done. Looking to farm in Adventure Mode at one difficulty, then switch over to Campaign Mode at a different difficulty? You've got it.
What do I need to do for an alpha key

Thank you HP!
PS: No fellatio was involved!

There's IMAX 3D as well, and IMAX's 3D is better than the average stereo 3D you get at a normal cinema room or RPX.
That's true. Everything is better. Especially the sound is amazing. I always try to see them in IMAX, Plus, because it costs quite a bit extra, audiences mostly consist out of real movie fans which means, no matter how crowded, there's no sound during the movie. That simple fact is worth it for me alone.

Watching that trailer makes me feel... old. I mean I need to be a kid to get hyped with such a "features". Adventure Mode, Bounties, Unlocked Waypoints, Clan support, Enchanting? Sounds more like a patch, there's nothing that could change my mind about the game. "Death awaits"? Dude, I'm to old for that...
You keep mentioning that lately. Have you hit a midlife crisis Seir?

Oh shit, thanks so much man, that's awesome.
If I could, I would have tagged you! I often come across shit of which I think, HP must know!

However disappointed I was with this game, I gotta give them credit for trying. Because let's be honest, we bought a product and not a service. They could have just cashed in and moved on like most companies do. Especially in light of the huge amount of criticism they received (a lot of companies would have given up for far less). I'm still not convinced that the game is salvageable but dropping the auction house and adding Adventure mode a long with Loot 2.0 could be a real game changer. Even the choice to be an online only game doesn't bother me that much anymore seeing how the online experience on the consoles got totally ruined by duped items. I might not be happy with it but the console release is certainly strong evidence that it was the right decision.
So in short, respect:

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/437996/killzon…s-flagship-fps/
- CVG: N/A - Overall, Killzone Shadow Fall is a pleasant surprise. It doesn't seek to reinvent the FPS, but it does inject a much-needed infusion of creativity and originality into the genre.
- GamesRadar: 4/5 - Sure, Killzone: Shadow Fall has its lulls, but it's a mostly enjoyable experience from start to finish. This is no doubt the PlayStation 4's strongest exclusive launch title.
- OPM: 8/10 - A mix of familiar gunplay and just enough new ideas, gorgeous looks and sheer technical wow to make you feel like you're stepping into a shiny new future.
- IGN: 8/10 - There's never been a better time for everyone to be paying attention to the Killzone franchise, because Shadow Fall is a step in an all-new, very welcome direction.
- GameSpot: 7/10 - Guerrilla Games remembered what drew me and many others to the front lines of online war, and it's here that Shadow Fall emerges from the rubble and flies into the electric skies.
- Eurogamer: 7/10 - It's a game that any new PlayStation 4 owner will be proud to show off - but it won't be one they remember by the time PS5 rolls around.
- Polygon: 5/10 - For all the next-gen bluster of its visuals and the repeated blunt-force attempts to ram a message home, Guerilla's first shot on the PS4 retreads shooter cliches, and poorly. In a launch lineup crowded with shooters, Killzone: Shadow Fall sits at the bottom.
- VideoGamer: N/A - Guerrilla Games is a master at creating technically excellent but utterly lifeless titles - the 'game' element is seemingly little more than an interactive showcase for its skills. Killzone: Shadow Fall is both ahead and behind the times, with gameplay sadly falling into the latter category.
- Joystiq: 3.5/5 - Killzone: Shadow Fall loses its sheen at times, usually when pursuing moments that are cinematic but not sensible. As a shooter, it's better at thriving on eye-catching environments and supportive combat abilities that don't just come for free. It also can't help but blow up its pristine cityscapes before you get to know them, but that just goes with the territory, here on the border between good and great.
- Destructoid: 9/10 - A hallmark of excellence. There may be flaws, but they are negligible and won't cause massive damage to what is a supreme title.
- GameTrailers: 8.8/10 - Guerrilla Games needs to recognize that it's not plot points and politics that move its games, but the bullets and guns. If the campaign could take a step back from the spectacle to focus on core concepts and feedback loops, the qualities that make the multiplayer suite so flexible and entertaining could make the campaign even stronger

Thanks guys. I'll give it another try next year (hopefully patched and probably cheaper). I would rather not play shooters on a console. Not while I have choice. But I appreciate the suggestion

-
I've got a refund. No Battlefield 4 for Sprony. So no more of this unfortunately

Yeah, it would have been really something if they pulled that shit

I was so excited about this game. PC release, Source engine, mods, fuck yeah. But yesterday I suddenly realized, it's EA. So it will probably be Origin only and EA isn't renown for it's mod support. Bye bye Steam and the workshop aka God's Gift to modding. It's not the kind of game to play on a console either (imo). A bit disappointed now
