And updated since you could bypass the whole map, apparently. Thx for whoever gave that feedback! If anything else comes up, please let me know!

    Around the corner

This test chamber could be completed in just a couple seconds... if it weren't for that stupid panel!

Well, not too bad... just walk around the corner and bring the cube back!

It's a very unbelievable scenario imho. As you said, things line up a bit too much. But that film is fucking great. It's just so enjoyable; I was taken by surprise!

Ah, guess my wording was a bit off, I meant it more that his actions were sort of believable, they made sense. Without resorting too much on mcgyver stuff.

    SPOILER:

Like him using the "bump key" in the prison, then it breaking 'n shit (and all the youtube video tutorial stuff in general). Him getting robbed while trying to get passports from those thugs. I like that he messes up a bit

They could've gone the Ocean's 11 way but did not, in that way it's more believable... but still a movie indeed Some luck here 'n there, I found it to be the perfect balance for a serious-ish movie.

The next 3 days, good movie and excellent acting Very believable scenario, some things fell a bit too perfectly into place like it only happens in the movies but nothing that would make you cringe, not that cliché overall at all.

Def recommend it! Movie from 2010 so probably a lot of you guys have seen it already...?

I'm with Sentura on this one. I don't like all this mumbo jumbo either, or rather... I dislike people going overboard with it. Not every puzzle needs every mechanic in the game. Sometimes it's fun when one of these new mechanics are the focus of a puzzle though, but I don't think it needs to be mixed with everything. Most vanilla maps do it right because of the progression and all that.

The player made maps tend to just be overly complex (not necessarily more challenging) because well... you can.

The puzzle I'm gonna make is gonna be portal 1-ish, one of the movement based ones. I think Portal 2 really lacked in this department, you know... infi-loops to gain speed, shoot portal somewhere else and catapult yourself across the map. Perhaps they got rid of that concept because of the motion-sickness?

Might not win in the complexity/originality department but I don't care, this is what I think is fun In the end, it's all about taste...

Saw it yesterday, enjoyed it very much...except:

That Swedish cinema's really suck... or at least the ones in Stockholm do.

I can live with the crappy seats, that every room in the cinema is inconsistent with another... I can even do without THX sound.

But blurry 3D (even double pictures at certain depths), seriously??? Even the subtitles were out of depth all the time, it was barely watchable. Learn to calibrate your shit FFS. Was the worst 3D experience I ever had, and that for €15, it was outrageous.

Just had to vent Every time I go see a movie here in Stockholm it's something else...pfff.

Oh well, thank god I can get it on 3D bluray down the line and rewatch it at home.

uk wasn't the first to do it either, it's been blocked for a while in denmark

+ Belgium. But I heard from friends that there's numerous ways around it, lots of proxy websites, etc etc... So in the end I wonder what the point is They must've known they can't *really* shut it down.

Melancholia. What a pile of shit.

    Agreed.

My reason: Very annoying whiny character, which is sort of the point when you're depressed, but still... [Blocked Image: https://migrationtest.mapcore.org/public/style_emoticons/default/mapcore_smilies/emot_shakehead.gif]

Saw Anchorman Pretty cool but I thought I´d be even funnier.

also for the guiness, if you can get a hold of some mead/honey wine and pilsner, you can do guiness half and half with mead (pour 2 parts mead into a pint glass, fill half with guiness, half with pilsner). it's really good. or, failing that, irish carbombs.

in general i got a few drinks recipes i picked up while bartending, if anyone is interested

Our writer (interesting guy ) took us down drinking one night and he ordered something like that... though I forgot what shot it was but the drink ended up tasting like Doctor Pepper Any idea? Must be something cherry and creamy...

EDIT: After some googling: Amaretto. I suppose it was Disaronno

Newcastle Brown Ale: pretty well known, tastes like liquid bread. beer of choice for mostly anything.

Didn't really like Newcastle, I tried it in some bar a while ago but didn't like the taste (the liquid bread thing ). Then again... here in Sweden they can't serve beer for shit so might give it another try (perhaps bottle was warm, can't really remember).
