I agree with this, but for the compilation, func_details count as entity an brushes and it's really a problem for big very brush based map
(Or if it's not, my world will falls away)

i think game will crashed if you ask the engine to calculate more than 100% of the limit fixed, so for exemple if you look the entire map in noclip, that a problem.

I think static props don't count but func detail yes (not in the game, only in hammer) but it's true, you can exeed that limit but sometime no, I think it depend of the game (and the engine). remembering a cs:s map from me which was at 100% but didn't compile and the last portal prelude map which was more than 200% but works.
