    Every day I feel like there's more I need to learn. Mainly because you start learning something then realize you need to know X other things to truly understand what you're working on.


    Basically what seir said, the more you learn, the more you realize how little you know.

    Ah well that was the basic recipe. I should mention we have terrible tomatoes here in Vancouver so in my case canned is better to use. Whether or not to use fresh depends on how good the tomatoes are in the are you are. I've noticed for some reason tomatoes in particular are generally way better in Europe.

    For some reason I thought I could go mp mp hk so that I don't incur the risk of using a standing jab which doesn't hit a ducking opponent. Am I crazy or is the input slightly different?

    I made it up. The dough was bought at a grocery store.


    The sauce is sauteed onions and garlic(a ton of garlic) then I throw in a can of tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, chili, dehydrated garlic. Then let it cook down until there's very little liquid.

    Now you've got me wanting to play 3rd strike. I never tried doing that grab after a hayate but I am looking for options. Same thing when finishing a spinning bird kick for chun. It's hard to find something totally safe without a cancel.

    Yeah, Hugo is ridiculous right now, but from what I understand the location tests have always had brutal hitboxes and were buggy as hell. Actually apparently now Hugo cn infinte from low short to hand clap.


    Are you talking about Makoto being able to command grab after a Hayate or just generally running in and dash-punching? I don't think there's any changes for either actually. You don't think it would be a little too easy to apply pressure if you can command grab without any frame penalty and no EX usage?


    Also Cammy in a Vega mask? :X


    Also on the note, anybody else watch the capcom cup last weekend? There were some crazy good matches. My man Haitani almost made it too, Gen is just brutal to deal with though.

    As for me, I main Makoto, Chun-li and now Evil Ryu. All of them are scheduled to have buffs in USFIV.


    I hear Maokoto's Fukiage now hits a standing opponent, for me that's HUGE.

    Now that school is out I've begun my little vacation of gaming, socializing, cooking and drinking.


    Day 1 :


    Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen :


    This at first really feels like Capcom trying to capitalize off of the Demons Souls games. Some of the spell effects and visuals are really similar.


    Anyways quickly you realize it's a different game, it's interesting. Not on the level of Demons Souls but still quite fun. Lots of actions and a fairly interesting game world. Hopefully there is multiplayer because this game would really benefit from it.


    I do wonder about whether or not there's a balance issue to me taking a level 70 pawn from someone else when I'm, level 5.


    Joe Danger 2 :


    My girlfriend asked me why I'm not making games like this when she saw me playing it.


    Really fun, awesome presentation, easy to learn and hard to master. Just a great game in general.


    League of Legends :


    Trying to quit playing this game. The prospect of going back to DOTA2 is slightly intimidating


    Street Fighter 4 AE


    Now that I've met some players from the scene in Vancouver there is a will to get better because I'm on the lower end of the ranking now when I'm not playing ChunLi. My other mains right now are Makoto and ERyu


    Strike Suit Zero


    Played 5 mins and didn't like the controls, Plan to give this another fair shot in the future.

    That was a pretty stupid thing to say/think.


    That said in LoL Guinsoo tends to make the fun champions then Morello gets his hands on them and homogenizes them until they are basically a reskin of another character.


    Anyways today is my last day of school, hopefully I graduate. So I"m moving from LoL back to DOTA2. So Taylor and anyone else playing I'm down for some games if you see me on steam.


    I may have already said this in the thread but I think the reason I play LoL during school is it seems to take a lot less brain power what with the passives and less dynamic gameplay.
