I won't comment on the news reports or confirm whether they are true or not, but what Frie just said about leaks in general is spot on, here in the UK we are all trying to comprehend what anyone has to gain by spreading such information, whilst knowing the damage it can cause.

    Thanks for the concern guys.

Brilliant game, was really willing the USA on the get the second towards the end. Fellaini was about as useful for Belgium as he's been for Man Utd

Sweet. I want to get a chocolate lab at some point. Need to stop moving around so much first.

Would also love a chocolate lab. Cadbury's is way overpriced.

Thank you thank you I'm here all week

To be fair Robben could've gone over on an earlier challenge and didn't so credit to him for that. Holland should have had about three penalties, shame that nowadays it tends to take a dive for the referee to actually notice

Warfare is actually super popular in China, which is the first market it was introduced to. It's apparantly more profitable so far than all the Crysis games put together

Think England will do ok, maybe make it to the knockout stages. It's a youthful team which is good but they don't have a lot of experience playing together, so we'll see. Reckon the usual suspects (Brazil, Spain) will do well again

A handful of the art guys went over there, maybe 3 years ago now - certainly wasn't a lot of us, but then at that time (and for the next year at least) half of us were on Crysis 3 whilst Homefront 2 started in it's original (more akin to HF1) guise so it was a smaller team working on it. I'm not sure if we are fearful of others, but we are certainly overly polite to them. I can imagine if any trouble had kicked off in Philly then the artists would have been quick to apologise to and thank their attackers

I know I'm just yanking your chain

I also think this looks kind of cool, this is actually the first I've seen of it. It's come at the right time for me if it's essentially Penny Dreadful with 4 player co-op

I just started watching Fargo, seen about three episodes. Very good! Surprising how good it is actually, had no idea what to expect. I did enjoy the movie when it came out though

To get this thread slightly back on track, there's more information coming up (probably with the E3 gameplay reveal), so can't comment further on your question about multiplayer

Don't really mind about the graphics and I like the combat in this, but some aspects of the game are frustrating me somewhat. Case in point is the mission where you have to infiltrate a multi-story carpark with the objective of finding some guy and 'knocking him down'. Spent about half an hour doing this, tried numerous times to drive in and make it past all the bad guys until I got to the top level - at which point said bad dude would get in his car and try to drive out. I'd ram him until he got out, and then i'd carefully knock him down with my car/van. If he got up I knocked him down again. He wasn't dying, but the objective wasn't completing, so I tried a different approach.

I went for the stealth option and snuck into the lower level of the car park. Hacked a camera and subsequently hacked into a guy with a mounted camera (on his face apparently). This guy slowly made his way upstairs after stopping to examine every wall in the car park, at which point I jumped from his camera to another wall mounted one. I got into a position where I could see the bad guy, looking over the side of the car park having a smoke. Nearby were a few distraction items and on the floor was one of those flip-up barrier things. "Perfect", I thought, I'll get him to walk over the flippy thing by causing a distraction and when he's right on top of it I'll flip him over. Problem was that blowing up wall panels and steam vents didn't cause the required distraction, he simply turned around to have a look, and then went back to smoking, without moving.

Had to resort to looking on YouTube at a walkthrough in the end for how to complete it. Turns out by 'knock him down' I was meant to go up to him and give him a hand to hand beatdown. Ran through shooting everyone in the face with a silenced pistol until I reached the guy and gave him a good beating for wasting my time. Now why is it that my other, more creative methods weren't accepted?

Aside from these issues, my experience is much the same as Grinwhrl's, the more I play the more I enjoy it, but perhaps that's as a result of getting used to what kind of game it actually is

Was thinking the same thing, how can anyone who has even an ounce of pride in what they are working on want to leak it so people can see it in that state? Must have come from someone not actively involved in the project development
