Seems like a lot of guys got their start thanks to Duke3D maps.
One "Marty Howe" said he started off with ROTT, learned about John Woo, got hooked on Hong Kong cinema, then got to work on Max Payne for 3 years.
End of an era.

I don't like the offset camera. It's pointless, worse than the old camera and feels like a cheap ploy to attract the Gears/Resident Evil crowd. I guess third person shoulder camera's the norm now, can't wait for it in Max Payne 3...
Sidenote: The first Halo didn't have regenerating health. That started in Halo 2, after they got the idea from Call of Duty.

I've been grinding for guns and infinite ammo on RE5.
And what a grind it's been. Infinite Magnum ammo makes the game exponentially better though.
