Looks good, but not as good as Uncharted. The characters look a little bit 'lifeless', which isn't a compliment.

Cool! I may give it another go and play as a different character. I too tried Barbarian, and they are pretty boring! It's just hack and slash. I'll try out one of the other classes

Did you leave your feedback on the beta forums as to why you didn't think it was fun, or you one of those new it's fun to hate types? 
I'm definitely not one of those types! Diablo 2 was one of my favourite games when I was growing up, I spent a ridiculous amount of hours on it with my brother and cousin.
I didn't leave feedback though, as I couldn't really put my finger on why I didn't enjoy it. Just didn't feel 'fun' to me, felt very linear and I didn't like the skill system.

Been messing around with Cryengine and made a couple of props to populate a scene I'm working on. The Cryengine is simply stunning to work with, it makes me cry when I see our engine at work

Yeah it did receive quite mixed reviews. Normally I hate those sorts of films, but I absolutely loved it for the scare factor!
Maybe it was because I was sat with my family the day before I was due to leave to go back home... Was so funny just scaring the shit out of each other during and after the film

I just use one GPU and I downloaded the very latest drivers from the Nvidia website last night. I could try using different drivers.
I played with Cryengine a little more last night and managed to work for around an hour with no crash. I then tried painting materials on terrain and it started crashing again. It seems to ONLY happen whilst modifying terrain geometry or painting terrain materials. Very strange!
It's the Free SDK. I don't get any problems with any other DX11 apps.
I did check the heat yeah, and it was reaching around 80 degrees C. But that's pretty norm for my graphics card.
I'm tempted to buy a new GPU but it is quite an investment for something I don't really need. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

Having a really frustrating problem with CE3 at the moment. My computer is working perfectly fine, and I'm able to play any game at maximum settings for hours on end, as well as use Zbrush, Max, Photoshop etc, with no crashes and no graphical artifacts whatsoever.
However, whenever I use CE3 for more than 10/15 mins, I start to get these weird graphical artifacts all over the screen, and seconds later, my GPU shuts down. What's weird is that my computer stays ON, but the graphics card just shuts down.
I would like to know why this is specifically happening with Cryengine. It's infuriating! It doesn't happen with any other software, so I don't really want to invest in a new graphics card just yet.
Any ideas guys? Oh, here's a screenshot:

Unfortunately that's all the details I can give really, it just sometimes seemed to crash after 10/15 mins. I've tried updating my graphics cards drivers and re-seating my graphics card, so fingers crossed it might work now. Will keep you posted!
Uber bump!
Having a problem with Cryengine, and I am mega-perplexed. For some reason, whenever I mess around with my own map in Cryengine, after 10/15 mins, I get these strange artifacts on-screen and it causes my computer to completely crash. My first thought was that my graphics card is corrupt, but I checked GPU temps and it stays around 60... I guess it still could be GPU, but whenever I play any other game or use UDK extensively, I never get any crashes whatsoever! Very odd.
Anybody else encountered strange artifacting and hard crashing with the SDK? It's a real shame because I feel really inspired to work on something at the moment
