Good thing the EU limited edition features all the US per-order goodies... combined. It was a long time I haven't seen Europeans being privileged like that. (e.g. Mafia II collectors edition does not even come out on PC in Europe..wtf).
As for K&L2 gameplay, I didn't really like the sp demo. It felt too bland & generic to me in the mechanics. I'm totally digging the art direction tho...Not to mention the brilliant multiplayer component.

New vid: Undercover cop
Damn I love the concept!

I personally spend a good chunk of time scripting using Unreal Kismet and our internal tool. I'd say I spend about 30% of my time doing scripting actually.

Use 3D ripper DX to get the MW2 models. It's pretty straightforward.

Incredible game. But, The gun play is quite poor, sensitivity is too high on default and too low with tweaking no matter how much you try never feels right. But the atmosphere and dialogue more than makes up for it. Really, I am Loving it.
Seconded. Also stealth mechanics are brilliant. Ability to finish a level without touching anyone ? I love it.

but indie game devs seriously needs to stop binding shit to the Z key !!!
Seconded.
I bought it, played a bit, but the difficulty raises too fucking fast. I don't want a puzzle game to be solely based on execution speed for chrissakes. Reminds me Portal Prelude...

The RUMOR that's been floating around is that West and Co. flatly refused Activison's "orders" to make MW3 THIS YEAR, along with 3-5 DLC's leading to a surprise showing of MW3 within the last DLC marketing it as a huge reveal. (making gamers anticipate what the big reveal might be, thus making many of them buy it).
Err, sounds completely unrealistic !? Making a game plus 3 to 5 DLCs in less than twelve months ??

Many thanks for the feedback Composite

I would die for any work in progress screenshots if you don't have any legal trouble sharing those with us!

I ordered the "Hows and Whys of Level Desing" directly from Hourcences. I'll write a review on http://www.level-design.org ...
Gave a try on Level Design Concept, Theory and Practice by Rudolf Kremers (a dude who made Eufloria). I was positively impressed by the beginning of the book, I hope the next chapters will be as compelling and insightful as were the first pages.

I second Corwin on Game Level Design. Probably the best book to get on the subject.
I read GDE Game Level Design by Travis Castillo, and I found it way below Ed Byrne's one (sub par Environment Art content, and sub par level design content). And I'm probably the only guy who did not like hourences' book (and I bought the 2 editions of hows & whys :/).

Thing is, we *know* hitman 5 is being developed. But we also deduced it won't be released until 2011 since IO financial announcements clearly stated they planned to get a single game out each year.

Finally got the chance of beating the game last weekend. Quite good, even if the first hour is really boring.
