ahah, yeah that's what I meant. Scenes are either tinted of full blue or full orange. xD
The original Blade Runner was heavily tinted as well, I was just being a jerk.

It could very well be that I'm terrible
Yeah, i guess you can say that 2500 sits right in the middle if this data is to be trusted

I'm trying to get to Master, but fuck me it's hard... Game got a lot more fun once I got to high plat / diamond.

After getting that rank I got nonstop wins until 2100 and then hit my first loss.
If you win all 10 matches, it don't necessarily mean you'll be grand master. There's many factors.
I like this game, it's confident, but not cocky.
All that blorange will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Sweet! You REALLY want to try GMDX tho, trust me. It's the same game, with enhancements like better AI. I love seeing the AI doing new stuff I've never seen before, like they throw grenades if you try to hide behind a box, cool shit like that.

Also, I hope you're playing with gmdx.
Yeap, we're gonna be talking about Doom 2016 for many years to come. What a gem!
2016 was a really good year for games, what was your favs? I wonder if I missed a hidden gem.
There's no way on earth I can pick one so for me, the highlights of my year was Dishonored 2, The Last Guardian and Doom.

I haven't got around to play Firewatch, Inside and Dark Sould 3 yet, but something tells me those are amazing games too and I'm still too early on FF15 to make any kind of judgement yet and huge honorable mention to Owl Boy!
Also, I spent a lot of my gaming time on my WiiU this year. I played Mario Galaxy 2 for the first time, that game is so amazingly well done it made my head spin, and finally hundreds of hours in Overwatch comp xD
Post your picks of the year too.

He also shows up at 1.10!
So awesome to see so many ex-crytekers building such a badass game like this, bringing in all that know-how and usher this game to life. Honestly, there's little i'd change from this latest Doom campaign, they just fucking nailed it! I know there were some hardships around and after RAGE's release, but the studio managed to stay strong and pulled itself together.
This documentary is really well done, made me really proud to be part of this industry and this genre. I feel like a cousin or brother of mine is doing great and I can't help but feel joy and pride. I remember growing up I always looked up to id software as the gods of game development and seeing this studio elevate itself to world class quality once again makes me really really really happy!
Very sad indeed. I spent good years of my life in that company, met some amazing talent and some of my best friends still were made there, so seeing a headline like that for multiple times in the last few years is pretty sad.
There's not much I can say really... other than, if only they stuck with making games instead of trying other niche markets, the company would probably still be very relevant nowadays, that's my take but who knows really.
I hope everyone in there manages, also... i think it warrants me saying that usually the internet scales things out of proportion so it's more than possible this is not as bad as the game journos are making it sound.

Also I played two rounds in QP as Genji this morning, and while it went well, technically (gold elims etc), I hated it because he's just not fun to play by my standards. The shurikens aren't a fun weapon, imo. Guess I'll have to find another solution to the pro genjis
Winston and Mei are perfect Genji counters. Everytime we see a pro-genji, those are usually our preferred counters. (Soldier's good too, but soldier right now is a good all around class)
Did anyone in here got the chance to try Oasis yet? Would be nice to get map feedback from a mapping community! xD
Playing against or with Golds is extremly annoying lol. They're either trolls, or they think they know better and ask you to swap to mercy cos their hanzo is the shit. There's a lot of Pharah-Mains and Genji-Mains too in gold and even plat. I got to Diamond and the experience is night and day, people communicate, people swap heroes, people ask if it's ok if they risk a Symmetra or some non-meta hero, etc. I'm enjoying it a lot, so I think i'm going to try to get to Master, it'll be pretty hard but I'm enjoying competitive so much I figure I set some sort of goal.
Quote from Sigma4 hours ago, Sigma said: My wife and I binge watched this 2 weeks ago and then caught the remaining episodes as they came out. Fan-freagin-tastic of a show! Normally, my wife does not like the sci-fi genre. So for her to like it (and us argue for hours about where the show is headed) is amazing. Plus, Ramin Djawadi is REALLY coming on strong as a composer and I enjoy his themes.
What's with women hating sci-fi? Always wondered that.
Thats a good question, and just the fact you're questioning is a nod to how well this is written. Just like Philip K Dick stories, it makes you question a lot of "what ifs" that you don't see enough of in movies or series anymore.
Keep questining shit like that and the show really becomes interesting.
