"True power" lol I'm actually curious to see what Microsoft will do with scorpio. If they think pure horse power will make them win this console war, they've got their priorities all mixed up. One of the best games of the last years (Zelda) was just released on a cell phone hardware. That said, we'll see what they'll be presenting, usually they're messaging is always a muddy mess.

That NFS game looks really good. That frostbite engine is massive man, really good materials and lighting work. Shame gameplay and story is always so boring on these NFS games.

Starts today. EA is having their press conference right now.
Also, show floor is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I think I'll be going down on wed.

We were gonna get the 150$ version, until we realize that the two extra copies that come with the package is just the bare bones version with no heroes, not the delux. that's rather disappointing. Whoever came up with all those 4 versions of the game didn't fully think about this it feels like, nor do they do a good enough job explaining what they are.

I wish I had the article to put here, but I remember reading that yes, for each download the dev gets a certain amount based on whatever they stipulated on the contract. It's a case by case thing, but I doubt it's full price though. It's sort of a win-win situation for all, the dev gets less money for each copy "sold" but they obviously sell alot, because free is free and a lot of people will download it just to check it out, and Sony keeps getting people to subscribe to PS+.
Nothing is ever free of course, you already pay for these free games with your subscription.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I'm just glad we now have a tank I can finally play with, as I seriously suck with all others, I'm an OK Zarya but tanks are really hard to master.

You actually need to have really good map awareness with her, I love that. Like, know when a Hanzo or Soldier will ult and use your orb to bring a enemy or two to where you want them has got to be the most satisfying thing to do in the game right now. I love when roadhogs usually turn around a corner to self heal, and boop you pull them back into the line of fire. rotfl I also like how you need to know when to take a step back, if you're getting approached by front of enemies, while I press back I like to put the shield at my feet and trigger an orb behind their back to stall them a bit, all this time holding the trigger down. It's all about buying you and your team some time to mow them down.
I'm still learning her ult though, right now it's either great success or a Genji comes and brings it down in seconds. I think it's probably best to only pop your orissa ult if there's a bunch of team mates around you.

Im Loving Winston more and more, i still wish he had 1 more skill, jumping and shield is great but something else that would make him more versataile could be good. Maybe its just me but ive always felt something is Missing.
Same applies to Rein tbh. I just love that she's a Tank with some really fantastic damage output, I have gold damage for most of my games, even if probably most of the dmg is just shooting at enemy tanks. lol

I'm loving Orissa. She's still relatively new so everybody ignores her to a certain extend. Pulling enemies in with your orb and killing them is so satisfying, specially if it's a healer.
Only problem is convince the team you're a good Orissa. Half the teams like "Can we get a Rein instead..."

but I'm soloQing (because my friends don't want to play with me anymore) and winning to 2600 this far. The season start good
That is weird, but such is life in the pc gaming world. I had similar problems a while ago, turns out that my nvidia card absolutely hates if you have a HDMI cable plugged into your card that it's not currently in use, even if I specifically turn it off on the nvidia control panel, games would sporadically freeze for a fraction of a second.
We all just pre-ordered. Can't wait. Congrats
