I’ve been terrible with games recently, I watch trailers and forget about stuff. From this latest video it sounds to me there’s an online component, same way as Fallout, where you can meet people naturally (instead of organised events of GTA5), is that correct?

Oh, i've had a PS4 since it came out in 2013, it was just the original PS4 model. The pro has super sampling tech and whatnot due to the better hardware, for sure RDR2 will look better there.

As for PC, there's no word out on a PC version yet. GTAV PC version came out about a year after the console release. Wouldn't surprise me if the same happened here.

RDR2 will deffo have a MP component, but I'm sure it will be something akin to GTAV's MP mode, where it's a completely separate experience from the SP mode. I didn't like GTA's MP mode much, but I think it did really well, wouldn't surprise me if they got more revenue out of that mode than purely from the game sales.

Got me a PS4 pro to play this in full glory, can't fucking wait!

I remember when I lived in Germany for a few years, it's the strangest thing in the world that when you move in to a place, the kitchen is usually just a couple of tubes sticking out of the wall, you need to buy everything. lol

Speaking of probs with houses, we moved into a nice 2 bedroom apartment about 6 months ago, last month we got a notice every house in the whole complex will be fumigated. I was like... whatever. Until I realized what that entails, if you remember in Breaking Bad, the scenes where they put a huge tarp on top of a house, making it look like a circus. That's basically what they're gonna do to our house, and shoot a lethal gas inside for 2 days. This gas is so lethal, if you happen to be inside the tent while this is happening, you'll die in less than 30 minutes. They say once the tarp is lifted all the gas will dissipate, but fuck me man, I got a 3 month old newborn, if he inhales even a wiff of this shit that happens to get deposited into a drawer or something, I don't even wanna think about what would happen.

We'll be spending 4 nights in a nearby hotel. It's a major fucking hassle, all the food will need to be thrown out, or double bagged with a special wrapp, you need to get all your clothes, sheets and pillows, out of the house and other stuff that can't stay inside for obvious reason, including the baby crib.

I've been hearing horror stories from people that worked at that studio for a few years now.

After they shipped TWD and it became a success, the studio went on a death march / constant crunch mode that never ended. So, as a result of that they've been having huge turnover and lost some of their best talent.

I obviously don't know the details of what happened but when a studio is known around the industry for pulling that kind of stuff, it becomes even harder to stay afloat.

I agree, to be fair tho, I kinda like the new take on it. The "reimagined" HL1 has been done before, so they tried to do something that felt a little bit fresh.
