I agree with Buddy at some point, but It's not as obvious for other people as it is for us. Although, I would'nt exagerate, and say It's the easiest industry to get into, completly on the contrary, it's not easy at all, imho, you just need talent and a lot of effort!
I tottally recomend the latest Hourences book to everyone, that's the one and only school one needs to get started.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with flash galleries! 
I mean, there are some flash galleries that are everything but "browsable", they are confusing, not intuitive, etc! But if the layout is well implemented and easy to browse, theres nothing wrong with that... (I think :-|)
My only complain are those horrible seams on the textures!
