    I'm 18 hours into the game, and I still didn't made any of the main quests! xD I'm having lot's of fun exploring the wastland and making side quests, this game is really huge and awesome!

    So far, I loved Rivet City! For those who don't know what it is, it's an old aircraft carrier, with a freaking city inside! How awesome does that sound?!

  • Originality in mods

    I dunno man, all I see these days are a bunch of kids playing "gamedevs", mimicking other successfully games and mods in the desperate attempt of getting noticed by the community.

    I remember a mod for Crysis called "Jurassic Park", who was nominated Mod Of The Year on moddb and all they have shown by the time was crappy models, and full of promises. And where do they stand nowadays? the project was canceled... of course it was canceled, like 90% of the mods!

    it's really a shame, but what can we do, their a bunch of kids like we once were, marveled by this beautiful world, game modding. Times change so do the mentality of people.

    But I dunno, nowadays there's so many info on the subject, look at Hourences books for instance, I would kill for a gold mine of information like that back in 2001!

    lol, that makes me think about something, "realism". If you ask someone who don't like James Bond movies, why in the world they hate it so much, the answer will prolly be: "the stunts on the move are impossible, there's not a single bit of realism into it!" ... No fucking way?! that's the whole point, and 007 movie directors know that, they grab a small piece of "realism" and push it to the limits until it's fun to watch!

    Cos that's the whole point of watching a movie, pretty much like games, having a good time and having fun!

    Unless you have a crappy PC that can't run the latest games.

    most of the games for 360, are also available for PC, expect for exclusive titles like GoW and Halo.

    But imho, the PS3 exclusive games are much better.

    Funny, that pic I posted with the two skeletons was inside one of those houses.

    It's really creepy and eerie, where everything is rotten and dirty, this game really nails the post apocalyptic atmosphere!

    Oh, and on that quest, that sniper really is a pain in the ass, he keeps shooting at the cars making them blow up, instead of shooting at you!
