I'm playing it again in Nightmare! Fuck yeah, now it's challenging!
I'm enjoying it a lot, maybe even more than the first time around, for some odd reason. And I'm spotting things I didn't on the first playthrough. It's like when you listen to a music the second time, it starts to grow into you and you enjoy it a lot more! Awesome, this doesn't happen a lot with games for me...
I'm also going to give the two DLC's a try when I finish the game again. Apparently the second DLC wraps up the story.
