Bullshit, if that was true, we would still be holding grudges for the Crusades, the Colonizers, the Germans, you name it. The solution for this lies in education.

I think it's very plausible that the Pro-russia rebels (that were aparently armed with a BUK system inside Ukraine by the Russian army in the last 48 hrs) did it.
