I'm playing Shadow of Mordor atm and having a BLAST. Deffo recomended, i can see why it's many people's GOTY for this year, it's really well made and you can really immerse yourself in that universe.
As for me, i stopped playing PC games for now anyway so... nothing, yay for extra money in the bank. lol

Yeah, with so many games on the store right now, i feel most games just try their hardest to get your cents, than in actually trying to be a genuine good and fun game. Sigh... fucking new age gaming infuriates me.

I'm sorry dude, but that kind of judgmental and "moral high ground" mentality is exactly the same as religious fanatics, thinking their entitled to make decisions for everyone else because their "morals" are telling them what's right and what's wrong.
Let the human collective answer the question on whether or not they want this, not the individual in power. In theory, that's what Greenlight is, right?
PS. The game is trash tho, definitely agree with you there, i'm not defending the game, i'm talking about valves decision here, it could be a porn version of pac-man instead of hatred.

Yeah, see, that's it. It all bows down to whatever you get used to it, hence why i brought up the word "standards" in the way FPS games control. Nowadays, they're all more or less the same in every game, apart from slight tweaks you can do, so you have no choice other than getting used to it.

I bough a used n64 a while ago, and I also own this game so I gave it a shot actually, a few months ago. The game is borderline unplayable for me, because of how bad the controls are.
The game is from an era where there were few FPS games on console, so there weren't many standards in how they play, or how they control. I feel like I'm trying to control complex robot moving with arbitrary keys on a already bad controller.
Maybe those who played it in the old days, still have the controls ingrained in their minds and can still replay it today, but not me... lol.
That said, I remember very vividly when this came out, everyone was talking about it, unfortunately i never owned a n64.

Removing this video game without giving plausible arguments on your actions, is very questionable. But again, everything around this videogame is questionable, the game itself i have to admit.
Still... I'm always very very very reluctant when it comes to banning stuff, the line of free speech can be a faint one.
But yeah... this has been an interesting month when it comes to banning violent games, and I'm not exactly happy with that, one could even argue it's censorship to a certain extent. Sorry to be the devils advocate here, but Isn't the whole point of greelight allowing steam users to DECIDE whether or not they want X or Y game to be available on steam? Then why did valve interfere? Will they do it again? And how often? Is that how it works now? Heee.. i dunno, it's hard.

Really awesome news, and damn, saw that latest released media, and fuck me the game looks gorgeous. Really considering getting a new gig for it, I haven't felt this way since Crysis 1 was released.
