I'm IMMENSELY hyped for this, loved every single Doom. Even Doom 3, it stands as one of the most inspirational games I've ever played in my life, mostly for the world setting and less on the gameplay side, like Thrik said, after a while the level design does start to get a little bit stale and repetitive.

This is one of those games I'd actually schedule a day off to stay home and play, looking forward to see more BJA! Also send my regards to everyone in there, you guys must be stoked to show this next month!!

Man, it might sound like nitpicking but those hitting sounds with the physical stuff really need to be swapped by something else. Nothing screams more like a "I'M A HL2 MOD", than keeping those sounds.

Or They Hunger as you know it would actually never have existed, that's the problem. If it was paid, it would have been a much diferent product because it would have been designed with profits in mind.

So yeah, this thing has come and gone and I still don't have a solid decision about this, I'm really 50/50 on this one.

Also, FMPONE, really interesting article I can't really fault you for wanting to get paid for your hard work, my bet is that they're gonna go back to the drawing board on this one and try to find a solution that everyone's happy with. Also, it would help to start with a fresh game, not implement this feature with a game that already has thousands of mods out there already.
