The problem is that some people are using the ranking system as an exploit so they rank up faster, since if you have 5 dudes with level 70's and 1 dude level 40 it will bring down the average ranking of the team, matching you with lower tier people, and you pretty much guarantee a win this way.

@Taylor right now a level 65 represents 6% of the players, not 60.

Right, but 1. You need to be a really good fucking shot with Ana to be classified as a better healer than Mercy, and 2. Ana can just stay behind the frontlines and be safe whereas as a Mercy you need to be in the middle of it all to do your job, you can still hide behind a tank of course but usually you're much closer to danger. I don't know, that's my theory on why pro players avoid her for now.

So, I'm watching Breaking Bad again. We mostly just let it play in the background while we cook or whatever. Such an amazing show, I've forgotten how much attention to detail is crammed into every ep.

If i were to guess it's because Mercy is always the prime target of any encounter. She has her dodge, but usually when people see a mercy they all focus on her until she's dead, for obvious reasons.

At least when i play her, i find that I'm constantly getting shot at, way more than any other class, or if i play any other hero. Being the best healer, which she deffo is, kind of plays against her.

This, so much this. I think the game hasn't been out long enough to make an accurate call on this, and like Chris said the meta will change over time.

imho, roadhog and junkrat are some of the best classes for competitive and they're on the lower half of that list, that really amazes me.

Have you guys noticed the indie space is completely dominating the originality aspect of this field nowadays?

Man, this sounds pretty fun but I grabbed the money I would spend on this and bought Abzu and Bound instead.

Might still pick this up on PC in couple months, loads of games to play right now. Still finishing Mirror's Edge and Deus Ex is out this month!
