You shouldn't goto the gym everyday unless you love it or you're overweight. You're going to stress/burn yourself out. It's good to work hard in the gym but better to maintain good adrenal function. A few times a week is fine.

Basically I made the level and had a rough idea of what I wanted and would describe it or give examples to penE who would then work with me on how the first draft was. Often times that was fine, other times it would need a second round of tweaking, but rarely if ever did it go beyond that. He's a pro
